【摘要】：正近年来,新疆伊犁州财政局大力推进乡镇财政建设,创新乡镇财政工作机制,加强乡镇财政资金监管,不断提升乡镇财政管理水平,初步形成了职能明确、人员到位、阵地落实、制度完善、监管到位、运转高效的乡镇财政管理体系。抓定位完善乡镇财政职能印发《关于明确县乡两级乡镇财政部门工作职责的通知》,赋予县级乡镇财政管理部门管理乡镇财政收支、监督乡镇财政资金、落实惠农补贴政策等17项职责;赋予财政所就地就近监督管理乡
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Xinjiang Yili State Finance Bureau has vigorously promoted the construction of township finance, innovated the mechanism of township finance work, strengthened the supervision of township financial funds, and continuously improved the level of township financial management.
