政府资金投入对农村户用沼气工程建设的影响

【摘要】：随着可持续发展和低碳经济等理念被提出来,建设社会主义新农村要发展农村新能源。沼气作为一种投资小、见效快的特殊清洁能源现在得到广泛利用。文章以湖北省孝感市沼气建设为例,探讨了政府资金投入影响孝感市农村地区沼气技术推广和低碳用能,建议加大中央和地方财政投入、政府激活农村新能源"以钱养事"机制、广泛动员社会资金以及促进农民增收。
[Abstract]:With the concept of sustainable development and low-carbon economy being put forward, it is necessary to develop new rural energy for building a new socialist countryside. The special clean energy with quick effect has been widely used. Taking the construction of biogas in Xiaogan city of Hubei province as an example, the paper discusses the influence of government funds on the popularization of biogas technology and low carbon use energy in rural areas of Xiaogan city. It is suggested that the central and local financial input should be increased, the government should activate the mechanism of "keeping things by money" in rural areas, mobilize social funds extensively and promote the increase of farmers' income.
