从GPA视角透视我国政府采购法律改革

【摘要】：中国启动加入WTO《政府采购协议》(GPA)谈判,这是继加入WTO后,中国在对外经贸领域开展的又一项重大谈判。政府采购市场逐步开放和政府采购活动国际化将构成我国未来经济改革与发展的一大宏观趋势。中国朝向GPA的发展必将面临政府采购法律国际化的要求和挑战,在新的国际背景下研究中国政府采购法制改革问题具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:China has started negotiations on joining the WTO Agreement on Government Procurement. This is another major negotiation in the field of foreign trade and economic cooperation after China's entry into the WTO.The gradual opening of the government procurement market and the internationalization of government procurement activities will constitute a major macro trend of China's economic reform and development in the future.The development of China towards GPA is bound to face the requirements and challenges of the internationalization of government procurement law. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the legal reform of Chinese government procurement under the new international background.
