【摘要】：正《政府资产负债表:基本原理及中国应用》一书的研究下了很大功夫,看后给我不少启发,深化了我对这一问题的认识。从中外比较研究入手来阐释政府资产负债表的基本原理及在中国的应用,是一较好的技术路线,有助于借鉴国际经验,少走弯路,加快我国的政府资产负债表制度改革步伐。该书的特点是理论与实际相结合,在理论阐释中落实应用,在实操分析中
[Abstract]:The book "Government balance sheet: basic principles and China Application" has done a lot of research, which has given me a lot of inspiration and deepened my understanding of this problem.It is a better technical route to explain the basic principle of government balance sheet and its application in China from the comparative study between China and foreign countries, which is helpful to draw lessons from international experience, avoid detours, and speed up the reform of government balance sheet system in China.The characteristics of the book are the combination of theory and practice, the implementation of its application in the interpretation of theory, and its application in practical analysis.
