【摘要】：正财政部发出《关于加快推进地方政府非税收入收缴电子化管理工作的通知》,要求地方各级财政部门积极创造条件,精心安排部署,加快推进收缴电子化管理工作,争取2017年省级全部启动实施,2018年地市级财政部门逐步开展,"十三五"期间全面实现政府非税收入收缴电子化管理。为规范收缴行为,解决现有缴款渠道条块分割等问题,《通知》公布了统一的政府非税收入执收项目识别码、缴款识别码以及收缴电子化管理接口报文规范(2017),供各级财政部门、代理银行系统开发使用。
