【摘要】：通过开发税务票据管理系统对提高税务管理工作效率,方便纳税人,降低纳税人成本,结合日常管理工作中实际情况,提高税务的自动化管理水平,使税务票据管理迈向一个新的台阶。税务票据管理系统的应用,对降低征税成本、杜绝税源的流失、方便企业纳税;通过网络技术,使用网络管理票据,大大提高政府税收有效性和效率,而且还节省了到办税人往返办税大厅往返时间和排队等候时间,为税务工作人员提高了工作效率。《税务票据管理系统的设计与实现》通过互联网安全技术,把传统的税务票据工作搬到由计算机管理的互联网上,为税务管理人员和企业使用。通过计算机网络税务票据管理的方式,使用最先进的计算机网络技术开发,可实现互联网等多渠道信息交流。使得操作者、管理者之间能够实时沟通,解决了传统操作中的地域限制,任何地方只有可以上网,通过口令即可登录系统进行管理,实现了对税务票据过程的管理、监控具有重要的意义。本文分别从系统的需求与可行性分析、系统的总体设计、系统主要模块的设计实现、系统测试等几个方面对税务票据管理系统的设计与实现进行了详细的论述。本系统主要包括税收票证种类管理、税收票证领发、税收票证保管、税收票证结报缴销、税收票证作废和停用处理、统计管理、系统维护等模块。税收票证种类管理包括建立、修改、删除、查看管理;税收票证领发包括对税收票证领用进行管理;税收票证保管主要通过计算机录入票证,使用计算机对票证系统编排统一管理;税收票证结报缴销主要是对各级税务机关规定要求结报和缴销票证,通过对税收票证结报缴销系统的管理;税收票证作废和停用处理主要是对作废的票证进行系统的管理,对已经停用处理的票证进行登记管理;票证统计管理主要包括票证库存统计、票证录入统计、票证领发统计、票证缴销统计、票证作废统计等;系统维护:主要包括基本内容设定、操作员管理、数据软盘备份管理。本系统通过B/S模块开发,使用微软的Microsoft Visual studio.net 2005语言开发工具进行开发,开发语言为C#,结合微软的SQL Server 2005数据库作为存储工具,开发一套符合税务票据管理的系统。
