【摘要】：阐述了营改增的背景和必要性,分析了全面营改增对我国汽车产业发展的影响,指出了营改增对我国汽车产业发展的挑战,提出了汽车企业主动适应全面营改增,加快我国汽车产业的转型升级的建议。
