降低实体经济企业成本的财税政策选择

【摘要】：正降低实体经济企业税收成本是落实降成本重要任务的主要内容。2014年以来,我国出台大量的结构性减税措施,全国和各省也陆续建立收费目录清单制度,乱收费、乱罚款、乱摊派问题得到一定程度的遏制,企业税费负担有所减轻,但实体经济企业税费负担总体偏重的状况没有得到根本改变。目前,在降低实体经济企业税费成本方面,加快已有政策落实的同时,还需要进一步
[Abstract]:Since 2014, China has introduced a large number of structural tax reduction measures, and various provinces and countries have successively established a system of list of charges, arbitrary charges, and arbitrary fines. The problem of random allocation has been restrained to a certain extent and the burden of taxes and fees of enterprises has been lightened, but the overall burden of taxes and fees of enterprises in the real economy has not been fundamentally changed. At present, while reducing the cost of enterprise tax in the real economy and speeding up the implementation of existing policies, it is also necessary to further implement the existing policies.
