谈谈大国财政的主要特征

【摘要】：正大国财政的理念,在国内外由来已久。大国财政是大国和强大财政的有机统一。大国不主要是看人口、国土面积,而是看国家的综合国力、综合实力、综合竞争力、综合影响力。大国财政是与大国地位与作用相匹配的,以强大的财力为基础的。与中国的崛起相适应,我国财政发展到今天已经初具大国财政的规模与实力,或者说,已经初具大国财政的特征与功能。
[Abstract]:The idea of finance in a big country has a long history at home and abroad. The big country finance is the organic unification of the big country and the powerful finance. Large countries do not mainly look at the population, land area, but the country's comprehensive national strength, comprehensive competitiveness, comprehensive influence. Big-power finance is matched with power status and role, and is based on powerful financial resources.
