税收“放管服”改善营商环境的路径研究

【摘要】：根据世界银行《全球营商环境报告》和全球金融中心指数报告,税收对改善营商环境至关重要。税收治理"放管服"改革,通过税制设计、税收征管和纳税服务改善营商环境,在近几年取得显著进展,同时也面临一些不足。因此,需深化税收治理,以"放管服"为抓手,通过推进简政放权、加强税收管理、优化纳税服务等路径改善营商环境。
[Abstract]:According to the World Bank's Global Business Environment report and the Global Financial Center Index, taxes are crucial to improving the business environment. In recent years, the reform of tax administration, tax administration and service has made remarkable progress in improving the business environment through the design of tax system, tax collection and tax service. At the same time, it also faces some shortcomings. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the tax administration and improve the business environment by promoting the simplification of administration and decentralization, strengthening tax administration, optimizing tax service and so on.
