江苏东海:惠民资金“网上晒”

【摘要】：正近年来,江苏省东海县通过民生资金监管平台的公开运行,构筑起"科技+机制"的惠民资金公开新模式。居民输入自己的名字或身份证号码就可查看所关注资金项目的拨付使用情况。截至目前,东海县已有教育、农业、林业等14个涉及民生资金管理的政府职能部门公开公示了水稻良种补贴、玉米良种补贴、农村最低生活补助、村干部报酬、农机购置补贴等50余项资金项目,累计超过5亿元,监管平台登录量已超10万人次。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Donghai County, Jiangsu Province, through the public operation of the platform of supervision of people's livelihood funds, set up a new model of "science and technology mechanism". Residents enter their own name or ID number to see the allocation of funds of concern. So far, Donghai County has 14 government functional departments involved in the management of people's livelihood funds, such as education, agriculture, forestry, and so on, which have publicly announced subsidies for improved rice varieties, improved maize varieties, minimum living allowances in rural areas, and compensation for village cadres. Agricultural machinery purchase subsidies and more than 50 projects, cumulative more than 500 million yuan, monitoring platform login has exceeded 100000 people.
