税务公共关系管理初探

【摘要】：公共关系管理是推进税收治理现代化进程中不可或缺的重要工作。本文运用公共关系管理的理论工具,重点剖析了当前税务部门公共关系管理存在的五个突出问题,并就如何加强税务部门与纳税人、新闻媒体、党政部门等社会公众的关系管理。提出了五方面对策建议,为进一步推动税务部门公共关系管理提供参考借鉴。
