我国地方财政卫生支出与经济增长关系的新视角:基于空间计量模型

【摘要】：目的:考察地方财政卫生支出对经济增长的作用。方法:基于2008—2013年我国省级面板数据,建立空间滞后面板数据模型,并与传统计量回归模型进行对比分析。结果:地方财政卫生支出与经济增长存在正向的空间集聚效应,地方财政卫生支出不但对本地区的经济增长具有积极的促进作用,还对相邻地区的经济增长具有空间溢出效应。结论:相邻和具有空间经济关联的地区应加强合作,使经济实现共赢;政府应充分利用地方财政卫生支出的人力资本效应和投资乘数效应,加大地方财政卫生支出,从而实现经济稳定增长。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of local fiscal health expenditure on economic growth. Methods: based on the provincial panel data from 2008 to 2013, the spatial lag panel data model was established and compared with the traditional metrological regression model. Results: there is a positive spatial agglomeration effect between local fiscal health expenditure and economic growth. Local fiscal health expenditure not only has a positive role in promoting local economic growth, but also has spatial spillover effect on the economic growth of neighboring regions. Conclusion: it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between adjacent regions and regions with spatial economic links so as to realize win-win situation. The government should make full use of the human capital effect and the investment multiplier effect of the local fiscal health expenditure to increase the local fiscal health expenditure so as to realize the steady economic growth.
