纳税评估管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着科学技术的迅速发展,税收风险管理理念的树立使得决策支持系统的内容不断丰富,而传统的手工处理的方式由于效率低、准确性不高从而完全不能满足现代化纳税评估管理的需求,在这种情况下急需一套有效的纳税评估管理系统来满足纳税评估发展的需要。 纳税评估系统的工作大部分工作都由计算机来完成,可以解决人员少、工作量大的难题;可以大面积分析几乎所有纳税人是否存在纳税问题,拓宽纳税评估范围;可以按照高标准的设计深入分析哪些企业、哪些环节出现了问题、问题的严重程度、对税收的影响幅度有多大,从而对其进行精确的分析和评价;可以提高纳税评估效率,税收管理员只需要简单的操作,就能在最短的时间内实现以往需要长时间学习、研究才能达到的纳税评估工作目标,实现相对统一的高水平纳税评估。 本文通过阅读大量的文献资料分析了课题的背景,,相同系统的应用现状;介绍了系统开发所涉及到的一些专业知识;通过和用户沟通的方式获取了用户的基本需求,并对用户需求进行了分析,分析出整个业务的流程,使用统一建模语言分别对系统的几个主要的功能模块进行了分析,并对系统的非功能性需求进行了分析;对系统的技术架构、软件功能架构以及设计原则进行了概要设计;在概要设计的基础上对系统的几个主要的功能模块进行了详尽的设计;最后利用截屏的方式展现了系统的实现;最后对系统的实现进行了测试。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the establishment of the concept of tax risk management makes the content of decision support system more and more abundant. The accuracy is not high, so it can not meet the needs of modern tax assessment management. In this case, an effective tax assessment management system is urgently needed to meet the needs of the development of tax assessment. Most of the work of the tax assessment system is done by computer, which can solve the problem of small number of people and large workload, analyze whether almost all taxpayers have the problem of paying taxes or not, and widen the scope of tax assessment. According to the design of high standards, we can deeply analyze which enterprises, which links have problems, the severity of the problem, and the extent of the impact on tax revenue, so as to accurately analyze and evaluate them; It can improve the efficiency of tax assessment. Tax administrators only need simple operation to realize the goal of tax assessment which need long time study and research in the shortest time to achieve a relatively uniform high level of tax assessment. This paper analyzes the background of the subject by reading a lot of literature, the application status of the same system, introduces some professional knowledge involved in the development of the system. The basic needs of the users are obtained by communicating with the users, and the requirements of the users are analyzed, the whole business process is analyzed, and several main functional modules of the system are analyzed by using the unified modeling language. The non-functional requirements of the system are analyzed. The technical framework, software functional architecture and design principles of the system are briefly designed, and several main functional modules of the system are designed in detail on the basis of the outline design. Finally, the realization of the system is demonstrated by screenshot. Finally, the realization of the system is tested.
