营改增全面实施对企业盈利能力、投资与专业化分工的影响效应——基于湖南省上市公司PSM-DID模型的分析

【摘要】：营改增作为配合供给侧改革的一项重大举措,其在促进经济可持续增长、刺激投资需求、助力供给侧改革等方面所发挥的作用备受关注,本次改革的效果需要进行一次全面的评估。本文基于湖南省上市公司2010-2016年的面板数据,从微观层面出发,首先用PSM-DID模型考察了营改增对企业盈利能力、投资和专业化分工的总体影响效应,然后分行业利用多时点DID模型研究了不同行业企业盈利能力、总投资和专业化分工在营改增实施前后的变化情况。结果表明,营改增的全面实施显著提高了试点企业的盈利能力和总投资,但可能因为样本数量受限,营改增对专业化分工的影响在统计上尚未显现;不同行业受营改增政策影响的差别较大,其中,制造业企业和服务型企业受营改增的影响最为显著。
[Abstract]:As an important measure to cooperate with supply-side reform, the role of camp reform in promoting sustainable economic growth, stimulating investment demand and supporting supply-side reform has attracted much attention. The effect of this reform needs a comprehensive assessment. Based on the panel data of listed companies in Hunan Province from 2010 to 2016, this paper first uses the PSM-DID model to investigate the overall effect of business transformation on the profitability, investment and specialization of enterprises. Then we use multi-time DID model to study the changes of profitability, total investment and specialization of enterprises in different industries before and after the implementation of camp reform. The results show that the comprehensive implementation of camp reform has significantly improved the profitability and total investment of the pilot enterprises, but the impact of the increase on specialization has not been shown statistically because of the limited number of samples. Among them, manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises are the most significant.
