【摘要】：正巴彦淖尔市杭锦后旗地处内蒙古自治区西部,南临黄河,北靠阴山,是国家重要的商品粮生产基地,总人口30万人,其中农村人口18万。近年来,旗政府十分重视农村基层文化事业发展,不断加大对乡村文化事业的投入,2014年财政投入"十个全覆盖"、"村级文化阵地建设"等项目资金908万元。计划在2014—2016三年时间内,对各村实现文化活动场所和设备的全覆盖。光影01.过去,农民没有场地进行文艺活动,只能在自家院子组织一些娱乐活动。
[Abstract]:Hangjin Houqi is located in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, south of the Yellow River and north of Yinshan Mountain. It is an important commodity grain production base of the country, with a total population of 300000 people, of which the rural population is 180000. In recent years, the flag government has attached great importance to the development of rural grass-roots cultural undertakings, and has continuously increased its investment in rural cultural undertakings. In 2014, the government has invested 9.08 million yuan in projects such as "10 full coverage" and "Village level cultural position construction".
