[Abstract]:On April 28, the message was quickly disseminated as soon as the State Department client released the message, drawing wide public attention. The General Office of the State Council issued the Circular on giving praise and encouragement to the places where the implementation of relevant major policies and measures has achieved obvious results in 2016. The circular covers 26 provinces (districts and municipalities), 90 cities (prefectures, states and leagues) and 127 counties (cities). The district shall report and praise and take appropriate measures to reward and support. It is reported that this is the first time that the State Council has given relatively systematic praise and encouragement to those who have achieved remarkable results. Both the number and scale, or the magnitude and intensity of incentives, are unprecedented. Interpretation of this action
