【摘要】：正2011年,国家税务总局冯惠敏纪检组长在全国税务系统督察内审工作会议上指出:"要创新工作方式,提高管理效能。要从注重事后监督逐步向关注事前监督、事中监督转变,实现监督的关口前移。将工作重心从查错纠弊逐步向防范风险转化,强化内部控制。"为切实贯彻落实好这一指示精神,广西国家税务局及时调整审计工作思路,从创新审计方式方法入手,跳出传统审计模
[Abstract]:In 2011, Feng Huimin, head of discipline inspection of the State Administration of Taxation, pointed out at the National meeting of Internal Audit of tax system inspectors: "it is necessary to innovate the way of work and improve the efficiency of management. It is necessary to gradually focus on ex post facto supervision to pay attention to prior supervision, to change supervision in matters, and to move forward at the level of supervision. We will gradually transform the focus of our work from investigating mistakes and correcting disadvantages to preventing risks and strengthening internal control. " In order to carry out the spirit of this instruction, Guangxi State Taxation Bureau adjusted the audit work train of thought in time, innovated the audit method and method, and jumped out of the traditional audit model.
