“金税三期”构架下财行税信息化管理的思考——以成都高新区地方税务局为例

【摘要】：正根据国家税务总局的统一安排部署,"金税三期"工程优化版于2016年1月8日在四川正式上线运行。它在税收征管和纳税服务上,为基层工作带来了深刻的变化。"金税三期"是信息管税的重要抓手,与之前的系统相比,岗责体系更合理、数据质量更高、业务流程更规范、风险防控更严格。如何用好"金税三期"系统实现信息管税,特别是深化营改增试点改革过程中有效指导以财产行为税(以下简称"财行税")为主
[Abstract]:According to the unified arrangement of the State Administration of Taxation, the optimized version of the "Gold tax Phase III" project was officially launched in Sichuan on January 8, 2016. It has brought profound changes to the grass-roots work in tax collection and management and tax service. "Gold tax Phase III" is an important starting point of information management tax. Compared with the previous system, the post responsibility system is more reasonable, the data quality is higher, the business process is more standardized, and the risk prevention and control is stricter. How to make good use of the "three phases of gold tax" system to realize the information management tax, especially in the process of deepening the reform and increasing the pilot reform, the property behavior tax (hereinafter referred to as "financial and banking tax") is the main guide.
