【摘要】：正近期,中央全面深化改革领导小组第二十七次会议,审议通过了《关于创新政府配置资源方式的指导意见》。贯彻落实中央提出的创新政府配置资源方式的决策部署,要大幅度减少政府对资源的直接配置,并在政府配置的公共资源和公共服务等领域,加大改革力度,加强法规规章、战略、政策、规划等的制定和实施,更好发挥政府的引导和规制作用。一、大幅度减少政府对资源的直接配置改革开放以来,我国进行了多次政府职能转
[Abstract]:Recently, at the twenty-seventh meeting of the leading Group for All-round deepening Reform, the Central Committee deliberated and adopted the "guiding opinions on innovative ways of allocating Resources by the Government."To implement the central government's policy plan for innovative ways of allocating resources, it is necessary to substantially reduce the direct allocation of resources by the government, and intensify reform efforts and strengthen laws and regulations in areas such as public resources and public services allocated by the government.Strategy, policy, planning and other formulation and implementation, better play the role of government guidance and regulation.First, the direct allocation of resources by the government has been greatly reduced.
