互联网时代电信运营商渠道运作研究

【摘要】:随着互联技术的不断发展,伴随着新兴互联网企业的不断壮大和业务的不断完善,传统的电信运营商的业务受到互联网企业的替代和排挤越来越严重。尤其是基于互联网平台的电信运营商业务的不断更新,电信运营商被边缘化的可能性越来越大,而目前电信运营商正在迅速的被管道化。电信运营商渠道的运作和再塑造对于电信运营商的运营起到至关重要的作用。研究电信运营商传统渠道的运作以及基于互联网平台的渠道的运作,对电信运营商下一步的运营,可以提供一定的参考价值。 论文共分五章。第一章为诸论简要介绍了课题的选择背景及该课题研究的必要性。第二章介绍相关的理论支持以及电信运营商的传统渠道情况,通过对互联网时代销售特点的分析为下面的阐述奠定理论基础。第三章介绍了电信运营商的天然“壁垒”,仍有一定的壁垒优势。同时对电信运营商新业务的入口及发展核心问题进行阐述,指出电信运营商在互联网时代发展的业务关键入口。第四章从实体渠道、新兴拓展渠道以及基于互联网思维的传统实体渠道的改造三个入手,对电信运营商在互联网时代的渠道发展提出相关建议。第五章为基于前四章研究的基础上的实际案例应用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of interconnection technology, with the growing of new Internet enterprises and the continuous improvement of business, the business of traditional telecom operators is more and more serious by the substitution and exclusion of Internet enterprises.Especially with the continuous renewal of telecom service based on Internet platform, it is more and more possible for telecom operators to be marginalized, and at present, telecom operators are being managed rapidly.The operation and remolding of the channels of telecom operators play a vital role in the operation of telecom operators.The study of the operation of the traditional channels and the channels based on the Internet platform can provide some reference value for the next operation of the telecom operators.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter briefly introduces the background and necessity of the research.The second chapter introduces the related theoretical support and the traditional channels of telecom operators, through the analysis of the characteristics of sales in the Internet era, lay a theoretical foundation for the following elaboration.The third chapter introduces the natural "barrier" of telecom operators, still has certain barrier superiority.At the same time, this paper expounds the entry and development core of new services of telecom operators, and points out the key entrance of business development of telecom operators in the Internet era.The fourth chapter starts with the transformation of the physical channel, the new expanding channel and the traditional physical channel based on the Internet thinking, and puts forward the relevant suggestions for the channel development of the telecom operators in the Internet era.The fifth chapter is the application of practical cases based on the first four chapters.
