【摘要】:随着中国经济的飞速发展,中国互联网技术和应用高速发展,新业务、新技术层出不穷,快速满足用户多层次、多方面的业务需求,向用户提供诸如电子商务、教育、娱乐等领域的新兴业务成为关键。IDC是提供承载业务的服务器的机房,是提供上述服务的基础,IDC业务收入是未来通信运营商的重要利润增长点。IDC建设和发展是中国移动实施移动互联网战略、全业务战略的重要组成部分,是中国移动面向未来,拓展新领域、探索新模式必须抓好的一项重点工作。广东移动是中国移动一类分公司,广东移动IDC业务起步较晚,迫切需要开展对IDC业务发展战略的研究。 本文在系统介绍战略管理理论与战略分析方法的基础上,从宏观环境、行业环境、竞争对手等方面分析了广东移动IDC业务的外部发展环境及面临的机会与威胁;从资源状况、盈利能力等方面分析广东移动IDC业务内部环境及其优势与劣势;进而通过SWOT分析,在对广东移动IDC业务的状况进行梳理并挖掘其隐藏问题的同时,对广大移动的IDC业务发展战略做出了选择,并在进行战略分析基础上制定了符合广东移动自身发展特点的IDC业务发展战略,包括投资战略、组织战略、营销战略等子战略,以期指导基础资源的建设投入,包括选址购地、IDC机楼建设等,提高市场的把握能力,提高增值业务服务的能力,充分发挥广东移动现有优势,拓展IDC市场份额,全面提升企业的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the rapid development of Chinese Internet technology and applications, the emergence of new business, new technologies, fast to meet the multi-level and multi-level business needs of users, to provide users with such as e-commerce, education, Emerging businesses in areas such as entertainment become key. IDC is the computer room that provides the servers that host the business. IDC business revenue is an important profit growth point for future communication operators. IDC construction and development is an important part of China Mobile's implementation of the mobile Internet strategy and an important part of the whole service strategy. It is China Mobile facing the future. To develop new fields and explore new models must be a key task. Guangdong Mobile is a branch of China Mobile. The IDC service of Guangdong Mobile starts late, so it is urgent to study the development strategy of IDC service. Based on the systematic introduction of strategic management theory and strategic analysis method, this paper analyzes the external development environment, opportunities and threats of Guangdong Mobile's IDC business from the aspects of macro environment, industry environment, competitors and so on. This paper analyzes the internal environment, advantages and disadvantages of Guangdong Mobile's IDC business in terms of profitability, and then, through SWOT analysis, combs the situation of Guangdong Mobile's IDC service and excavates its hidden problems. On the basis of strategic analysis, this paper makes a choice of the IDC service development strategy of the broad mobile, and formulates the IDC service development strategy which accords with the characteristics of Guangdong Mobile's own development, including investment strategy, organization strategy, marketing strategy and so on, including sub-strategies, such as investment strategy, organization strategy, marketing strategy and so on. In order to guide the construction investment of the basic resources, including the construction of the location and purchase of the IDC machine building, to improve the market grasp ability, to improve the value-added service ability, to give full play to the existing advantages of Guangdong Mobile, and to expand the market share of IDC. Improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
