电信运营商针对移动互联网环境下人际关系变化的应对策略

【摘要】：当前移动互联网大行其道,人们通过它来表达思想,传递情感。这样的背景下,了解移动互联网环境下人与人是怎样交互、怎样建立联系的,对运营商更好地开发产品,改善运营有着至关重要的作用。 本文通过理论研究和案例研究相结合的方法,对移动互联网产品以及移动互联网背景下的人际关系进行了研究,最后从终端、流量和业务三个方面对电信运营商的应对策略提出了建议。通过研究移动互联网下的人际关系演进对电信运营商提出经营建议,是本文主要的创新点。
[Abstract]:At present, the mobile Internet is popular, through which people express their thoughts and convey their feelings. In this context, understanding how people interact and how to establish contacts in the mobile Internet environment is crucial for operators to better develop their products and improve their operations. Through the combination of theoretical research and case study, this paper studies mobile Internet products and interpersonal relationships in the context of mobile Internet. Traffic and service three aspects of the telecom operators to deal with the strategy proposed. It is the main innovation of this paper to study the evolution of interpersonal relationship under the mobile Internet and put forward the management suggestions to the telecom operators.
