变革型领导行为对员工集体效能感作用机制研究

【摘要】:本文以53个知识型工作团队中288名员工为研究对象,运用多水平分析技术,以跨文化研究中的核心维度——集体主义感知为切入点,研究变革型领导行为与员工群体效能感之间的作用机制,研究结果显示:变革型领导行为显著影响下属的群体效能感,并且这种影响受到下属的集体主义感知的中介作用。
[Abstract]:This paper takes 288 employees in 53 knowledge work teams as the research object, using multi-level analysis technology, taking collectivism perception, the core dimension of cross-cultural research, as the breakthrough point. This paper studies the mechanism between transformational leadership behavior and employee group efficacy. The results show that transformational leadership behavior significantly affects subordinates' sense of group efficacy, and this influence is mediated by subordinates' collectivism perception.
