【摘要】:新疆兵团发展红枣产业有三大优势,产品质量好、安全性高、生产效率高。红枣产业链在发展中存在产业链条短、企业规模偏小、缺少核心企业带动、某些环节企业少或规模小、市场占有率低、产品技术含量低、营销渠道不健全、产业链环节间联系不紧密、产业链关键环节缺失等问题。论文采用实地调研、问卷调查、描述性统计、模型分析方法,以兵团特殊组织为研究视角、以兵团红枣产业链为研究对象、以兵团南疆垦区为研究范围,分析了红枣产业链发展现状及存在问题,重点研究了红枣产业链构建与发展,从理论上揭示了红枣产业链的形成与成长的内在规律,研究了兵团特殊体制下红枣产业链发展的协同机制,探讨了师团组织与红枣产业链的互动机理及其介入与退出机制,提出了相应的师团组织策略,为兵团红枣产业链发展提供理论和方法上的指导。论文主要结论:1、兵团红枣产业经历了3个发展阶段,每个阶段均有其独特的发展特征;在红枣产业链种植环节、加工环节、销售环节和消费环节存在问题。红枣产业将向种植基地规模化,田间作业机械化;加工技术精深化,产品定位高端化;市场营销国际化,品牌建设优势化;消费群体多样化、文化推介大众化方向发展。2、师团组织和企业的发展对兵团红枣产业链的发展起到至关重要的作用。师团组织在红枣产业链的发展过程中起核心作用。师团组织应在投资与融资、人力资源、技术与设备、产品与市场、信息与交流、产业链与效应、发展环境等方面创造条件、制定政策、优化产业发展环境为红枣产业链上各环节企业做好引导与服务。3、兵团红枣产业链形成的外部驱动因素为经济形势的改变、生产技术的发展、区域优势确定;内部驱动因素为兵团经济发展自身需要、历史使命要求、高额利益驱动、农业产业结构调整要求、红枣企业发展内在要求。4、消费者潜在需求、价值实现需要、技术进步、兵团扶持、降低交易费用需要五大因素驱动红枣产业链成长。5、师团组织凭借组织创新、收入支持、基本信息服务、价格补贴及市场建设等手段,有效介入红枣产业链。6、师团组织面临各方压力,通过减少资金投入和政策弱化手段部分地、分阶段地退出红枣产业链。7、构建了以市场营销为核心,生产过程控制为基础,科技成果转化为关键,信息平台构建为助推器的内部红枣产业链;提出从投资环境、市场运营环境和师团组织职能转变入手研究红枣产业链外部保障。8、红枣产业链协同策略应将环节协同、要素协同和利益协同三者相契合,改进各环节间协同状态;加强彼此信任和认同;共同管理和维护产业链资源;不断增强自身优势和竞争能力。创新点:1、系统梳理了新疆兵团红枣产业发展状况、存在问题和需求潜力,为促进兵团红枣产业链发展提供了理论依据;2、通过分析新疆兵团红枣产业链成因和成长机理,提出了师团组织介入和退出机制,为兵团红枣产业有序发展提供了模式指导。
