【摘要】:输变电设备是电力传输的核心设备,输变电设备制造产业是我国重要装备制造产业。我国电力基础设施的建设与输变电设备制造行业的发展息息相关。输配电设备制造行业在电力装备制造产业中占据举足轻重的地位。输变电设备制造产业肩负着为电能的生产、传输、变换、分配、使用等多个领域提供各种电力装备的重任。输变电设备制造产业的不断发展带动我国经济建设持续、快速、健康发展。本文首先对国内外文献关于产品研发战略理论进行了综述,通过阐述产品研发战略相关理论,引出产品研发战略的定义,内涵及分类。A电气公司是湖北省黄石市一家民营输变电设备制造企业。本文旨在以研究A电气公司的五大类输变电设备的产品研发战略为切入点,采用相应的战略分析工具,为A电气公司的产品研发战略提供选择策略。同时也希望通过对A电气公司这一典型案例分析,能给相关输变电制造行业的企业有所借鉴。本文以A电气公司作为研发战略研究的具体案例,对企业基本情况进行了介绍,对A电气公司竞争对手五大类产品研发战略进行比较分析,对国内外五大类输变电产品研发现状及发展趋势进行分析。并对A电气公司五大类产品研发现状进行分析。在A电气公司产品研发战略选择中,采用SWOT战略分析工具分析A电气公司的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并得出SO战略是A电气公司首选的产品研发战略,并对A电气公司研发战略进行设计,最后从组织支持、财务支持、人员支持及营销支持等四个方面确保A电气公司产品研发战略的实施。
[Abstract]:Transmission and transformation equipment is the core equipment of power transmission. Transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing industry is an important equipment manufacturing industry in China. The construction of power infrastructure in China is closely related to the development of power transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing industry. Transmission and distribution equipment manufacturing industry in the power equipment manufacturing industry. According to the pivotal position, the power transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing industry shoulders the responsibility for the production of electric energy. Transmission, transformation, distribution, use and other fields to provide a variety of electrical equipment. The continuous development of transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing industry led to sustained and rapid economic construction in China. First of all, the domestic and foreign literature on product R & D strategy theory is reviewed, through the elaboration of product R & D strategy related theory, the definition of product R & D strategy is introduced. The connotation and classification. A Electric Company is a private power transmission and transformation equipment manufacturing enterprise in Huangshi, Hubei Province. The purpose of this paper is to study the R & D strategy of five types of transmission and transformation equipment of A Electric Company. Using the corresponding strategic analysis tools to provide a choice strategy for the product R & D strategy of A Electric Company. At the same time, we hope to analyze the typical case of A Electric Company. This paper takes A Electric Company as the specific case of R & D strategy research, and introduces the basic situation of the enterprise. Compare and analyze the R & D strategies of five main categories of products of A Electric Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the status quo and development trend of five kinds of transmission and transformation products at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation of R & D of five categories of products in A Electric Company. In the strategic choice of R & D of products of A Electric Company. Using SWOT strategy analysis tool to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of A Electric Company, and draw the conclusion that so strategy is the preferred product R & D strategy of A Electric Company. Finally, it designs the R & D strategy of A Electric Company from four aspects: organizational support, financial support, personnel support and marketing support to ensure the implementation of R & D strategy of A Electric Company.
