【摘要】:企业如何面对现实,抓住机遇,在越来越激烈的竞争环境中占据主动地位,富有献身精神的员工成为其重要的竞争武器。从某种意义上说,当今企业的竞争就是人才竞争。对于汽车4S店这类服务型企业来说,“人”不但是最核心的竞争元素,更可以说是唯一的竞争元素。客观、公正、准确地对员工实施绩效考核管理,并将绩效考核管理与公司战略目标管控、人力资源开发以及薪酬管理等管理工作相结合,对汽车4S店在培养人才、使用人才和留住人才等方面具有十分重要的意义。轩宇集团是保定市最大的汽车经销商,在汽车营销市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,只有实现对人的有效管理,取得优于竞争对手的人力资源,才能在竞争中取胜并保持优势。绩效管理是人力资源管理的核心。本文通过分析轩宇集团及SKD汽车4S店发展的内外部环境,提出了基于KPI方法和360度考评法的绩效管理改进方式,并通过深入访谈及分析的方法,提出了轩宇集团SKD汽车4S店绩效管理的实施保障。通过该绩效管理系统的改进,突出了组织目标的指导性作用,加强了组织绩效和员工绩效的关联度,提升了绩效管理的可操作性和灵活性,也为在轩宇集团逐步建立一套全方位的人力资源管理体系打下了坚实的基础。

For service enterprises such as automobile 4Shop, "human" is not only the core competition element, but also the only competitive element. Objective and fair. Accurately implement the performance appraisal management to the employees, and combine the performance appraisal management with the management of the company's strategic objectives, human resources development and salary management, etc., to train the talented person in the automobile 4S shop. It is very important to use and retain talents. Xuan Yu Group is the largest automobile dealer in Baoding City. In the environment of increasingly fierce competition in automobile marketing market, only to realize the effective management of people. Obtain superior human resources to competitors. Performance management is the core of human resource management. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of Xuan Yu Group and SKD Automobile 4S store. Put forward the performance management improvement method based on KPI method and 360-degree evaluation method, and through in-depth interviews and analysis of the method. Through the improvement of the performance management system, the guiding role of organizational objectives is highlighted, and the correlation between organizational performance and employee performance is strengthened. It improves the maneuverability and flexibility of performance management, and lays a solid foundation for the gradual establishment of a comprehensive human resource management system in Xuan Yu Group.
