超大规模用户用电智能采集与数据分析平台设计

【摘要】：为了实现公司系统范围内电力用户的“全覆盖、全采集”的目标,大批量的智能电能表换装任务引起营销数据的快速增长对用电信息采集系统的高可靠性产生了威胁。本论文所研究的超大规模用户用电智能采集与数据分析平台可以解决营销大数据引起的用采系统的稳定性和可靠性问题,为实现优质服务打下坚实的基础。论文从江苏省用电采集系统的实际情况入手,结合系统预期实现的功能,设计了超大规模用户用电智能采集与数据分析平台的整体方案,首先介绍了整体的方案设计,阐述了系统架构设计、通信信道设计以及系统的技术指标；然后根据江苏省现有的主站设备设计了主备联级的主站硬件部署,实现了用采主站系统的高可靠性。同时进行了平台与各应用系统的接口设计,应用平台界面的展示。文章最后阐述了超大规模用户用电智能采集与数据分析平台产生的经济效益和社会效益,对本文进行了总结和展望。总之,超大规模用户用电智能采集与数据分析平台的设计,解决了营销系统对营销数据的快速增长的不稳定性,保证了用采系统数据的高可靠性,满足现有业务应用发展的需要和不断增长的用户用电信息需求,为营销业务以及分时电价、阶梯电价、全面费控管理等营销业务策略的实施提供技术基础,对营销管理有着深远的意义。
