【摘要】:社区金融的发展是以社区的出现为前提的。随着城市的快速发展与扩张,新建的居民区的增多及发展,对日常金融服务产生了巨大的需求,但由于银行网点布局不当、过于稀少以及发展滞后等原因,造成了很大金融服务空白。因此社区居民金融服务仅仅依靠银行是满足不了。现如今,金融市场的竞争日趋激烈,XXX集团审视夺度,利用自身开发房地产市场,管理社区的经验,大举进军社区金融市场,由于XXX集团是跨业经营,为了在市场能够站住脚,避免同质竞争,谋求差异化经营,对发展策略目标重新调整及优化设计是必不可少的工作。本文在对社区金融概念、特点以及国内相关研究回顾的基础上,针对XXX集团社区金融业务开展的实际情况,通过SWOT工具系统分析了发展社区金融业务,XXX集团面临的优势、劣势、机会与威胁。并针对面对的宏观环境采取PEST分析模型,分别对政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境等四个方面进行了详细的分析,为论文针对性的论证找准方向。在以上分析的基础上,本文得到的结论:XXX集团社区在金融业务发展总体上要采取以客户为中心、产品创新及业务均衡发展的策略。具体的策略执行上要强化以下几个方面的工作,一是提供差异化金融产品,避免同质恶性竞争;二是加强社区金融服务人才队伍的建设,为业务扩大发展增加新鲜血液;三是采取针对社区居民融资特点的营销渠道及营销手段,增强市场开发力度;四是提高社区金融服务水平,促进社会声誉的提高。文通过对XXX集团拓展社区金融业务发展时,要面对的市场环境进行了分析,结合其内部的优、劣势,优化调整了其既有的发展策略。优化后的发展策略,有利于其更好的认清市场形势,规避发展上盲点,扩大自身优势,合理利用资源,获得市场优势,并获得资源使用的经济效益最大化。
[Abstract]:The development of community finance is based on the emergence of community. With the rapid development and expansion of cities and the increase and development of new residential areas, there is a huge demand for daily financial services. However, due to improper distribution of bank outlets, too few and development lags behind, resulting in a very large gap in financial services. Therefore, community financial services only rely on banks is not satisfied. Nowadays. The competition in the financial market is becoming more and more fierce. The XXX Group examines the grabbing degree, uses its own real estate market development, manages the community experience, and enters into the community financial market on a large scale, because the XXX Group is a cross-industry operation. In order to be able to stand up in the market, avoid homogeneous competition, and seek differentiated management, it is necessary to readjust and optimize the design of development strategy. This paper is on the concept of community finance. On the basis of the characteristics and domestic related research review, aiming at the actual situation of community finance business of XXX Group, this paper systematically analyzes the development of community finance business through SWOT tools. XXX Group is faced with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In view of the macro environment facing the PEST analysis model, respectively to the political environment, economic environment, social environment. Technical environment and other four aspects of the detailed analysis for the paper targeted to find the right direction. On the basis of the above analysis. The conclusion of this paper is that the community of: xxx group should take customer-centered approach to the development of financial business in general. The strategy of product innovation and balanced development of business. The implementation of specific strategies should strengthen the following aspects of work: first, to provide differentiated financial products to avoid homogenous vicious competition; Second, strengthen the construction of community financial service personnel team, and increase the fresh blood for the expansion of business development; Thirdly, we should adopt the marketing channel and marketing means according to the characteristics of community residents' financing to strengthen the market development; The fourth is to improve the level of community financial services and promote the improvement of social reputation. This paper analyzes the market environment that XXX Group faces when it develops community financial business and combines its internal advantages and disadvantages. Optimized adjustment of its existing development strategy. The optimized development strategy is conducive to its better understanding of the market situation, avoid the blind spot in development, expand its own advantages, reasonable use of resources, and obtain market advantages. The economic benefits of resource utilization are maximized.
