【摘要】：随着体制改革进一步深入,经济和社会的快速发展,人们生活水平逐步提高,体育消费在当今世界已发展成为领导大众文化的一种潮流。2014年国务院出台各项政策加快体育产业发展,加速体育改革的进程。作为体育市场的核心组成部分,竞赛表演市场的发展有利于推动体育产业整体的发展。运动员作为当今竞赛市场的核心,是当前市场上营销的焦点。体育经纪人在运动员经纪、商业代理、赛事经纪等领域的作用至关重要。体育经纪市场是体育中介市场的核心,对体育产业健康快速地发展起到巨大的推动作用。从行业整体上看,体育经纪人促进了体育生产和消费在流通领域的增长,不仅加快了业余体育向职业体育的转变,也更好的开发出体育竞技比赛中的商业价值,使体育市场蒸蒸日上,体育产业兴旺发达。体育经纪行为的有序开展,不仅充分保障和发挥了运动员的运动潜力,还帮助运动员在比赛中取得优异的成绩,并从中获得可观的经济收入。并且通过专业化的市场营销手段以及科学的赛事组织管理手段,挖掘出更多体育赛事的市场效益。但是,我国体育市场发展较欧美发达国家相对落后,体育经纪人的作用尚未凸显,并且受到诸多困境的制约,我国体育经纪人在摸索中寻求符合中国实际情况的发展模式。因此,我国在推动体育产业发展过程中,应当借鉴发达国家体育经纪市场的发展模式,结合我国国情,通过构建和完善体育经纪人管理制度和立法体系,为促进我国体育经纪活动的有序开展和健康发展提供体制和机制的保障。与此同时,中外体制有别,中国特色的社会主义市场经济决定了我国体育经纪人应当承担更多的角色,并且在当前形势下对我国体育经纪人职能进行创新。

Sports consumption has developed into a trend of leading mass culture in the world today. In 2014, the State Council issued various policies to accelerate the development of sports industry. Speed up the process of sports reform. As a core part of the sports market, the development of competition performance market is conducive to promote the overall development of the sports industry. Athletes as the core of today's competition market. Sports broker plays an important role in the field of athlete broker, commercial agent, event broker and so on. The sports broker market is the core of the sports intermediary market. On the whole, sports brokers promote the growth of sports production and consumption in the circulation field. Not only accelerate the transformation of amateur sports to professional sports, but also better develop the commercial value of competitive sports, make the sports market prosperous, the sports industry flourishing, and the orderly development of sports brokerage behavior. It not only fully guarantees and exerts the athletes' sports potential, but also helps the athletes to achieve excellent results in the competition. And from which to obtain considerable economic income. And through the professional marketing means and scientific means of organization and management of events, to tap out more market benefits of sports events. However. Compared with the developed countries in Europe and the United States, the development of sports market in China is relatively backward, the role of sports brokers has not been highlighted, and is restricted by many difficulties. Therefore, in the process of promoting the development of sports industry, we should learn from the development model of sports brokerage market in developed countries. Combined with the national conditions of our country, by constructing and perfecting the management system and legislative system of sports broker, we can provide the guarantee of system and mechanism for promoting the orderly development and healthy development of sports broker activities in our country at the same time. Chinese and foreign systems differ, and the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics determines that Chinese sports brokers should assume more roles and innovate the functions of Chinese sports brokers under the current situation.
