【摘要】:随着经济的不断发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业要想在激烈的竞争中,获得一席之地,除了要不断提高自身的综合实力,满足市场的要求之外,还要培养优秀的企业文化,企业文化是企业的隐形资产,是企业应该予以重视的宝贵财富。企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。它包含着非常丰富的内容,其核心是企业的精神和价值观。企业文化反映了一个企业的主流价值观,它是随着企业的发展,伴随着企业的每一次实践活动而逐步形成的。每个企业都应该有自己的企业文化,优秀的企业文化,不仅可以增强企业员工的凝聚力,还可以为企业未来的发展指明方向。企业在发展的初期,目标都是短期的,只要能获利,企业能生存下去就可以,但是,随着企业的不断发展壮大,企业员工的不断增加,企业文化就开始形成并逐渐发挥作用,企业的核心价值是什么?企业发展的深层次的目标是什么?怎样实现目标?怎样促进企业员工的和谐共进?这些问题都需要靠企业文化来解答,可以说,企业文化直接关系到企业的长足发展。铁姆肯公司是美国五百强企业之一,在世界各地研发、制造并营销Timken#174;轴承、传动装置、齿轮箱、链条和相关产品,同时提供多种动力系统改造和维修服务。作为圆锥滚子轴承的权威,铁姆肯公司将其在冶金、摩擦学和动力传动领域的深厚知识推广至更广泛的轴承和相关系统领域,帮助提高世界各地机械设备的运转效率和可靠性。本文以铁姆肯公司无锡工厂为研究对象,在了解其发展历程的基础上,从人才文化、质量安全文化、环境文化、营销文化以及创新文化五个层面对铁姆肯公司无锡工厂企业文化制度进行全面详实的分析,提炼出铁姆肯公司无锡工厂企业文化建设的特点,结合访谈和调查问卷对其企业文化进行现状评价,进而提出一些可行性建议和措施。最终总结出铁姆肯公司无锡工厂企业文化建设中值得我们学习的地方,供其它企业参考,使我国各企业从思想上重视企业文化的建设,在行动上加强企业文化的建设,通过建设优秀的企业文化,来增加自身的综合实力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In order to gain a place in the fierce competition, enterprises should not only continuously improve their comprehensive strength and meet the requirements of the market, but also cultivate excellent corporate culture. Corporate culture is the invisible asset of the enterprise and the precious wealth that the enterprise should attach importance to. The corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and the inexhaustible motive force to promote the development of the enterprise. It contains very rich contents. Its core is the spirit and values of the enterprise. The corporate culture reflects the mainstream values of an enterprise, and it is with the development of the enterprise. Each enterprise should have its own corporate culture, excellent corporate culture, not only can enhance the cohesion of enterprise employees, It can also point out the direction for the future development of enterprises. In the early stages of development, the objectives of enterprises are all short-term. As long as they can make profits, the enterprises can survive. However, with the continuous development and growth of enterprises, the number of employees in enterprises is constantly increasing. Corporate culture began to form and gradually play a role, what is the core value of the enterprise? What are the deep goals of enterprise development? How to achieve the goal? How to promote the harmonious development of employees? All these questions need to be solved by corporate culture, which can be said to be directly related to the rapid development of enterprises. Timken is one of the top 500 companies in the United States, developing, manufacturing and marketing Timken #174; bearings, transmission devices, all over the world. Gearbox, chain and related products, which provide a variety of power system modification and maintenance services. As the authority of tapered roller bearings, Timken Company will be its metallurgical, The profound knowledge of tribology and power transmission has been extended to a wider range of bearings and related systems to help improve the operational efficiency and reliability of mechanical equipment around the world. On the basis of understanding its development course, the enterprise culture system of Wuxi factory of Timken Company is analyzed from five aspects: talent culture, quality and safety culture, environment culture, marketing culture and innovation culture. Abstract the characteristics of enterprise culture construction in Wuxi factory of Timken Company, and evaluate the present situation of enterprise culture with interview and questionnaire. Some feasible suggestions and measures are put forward. Finally, the author sums up the places worth studying in the construction of enterprise culture in Wuxi factory of Timken Company, for reference of other enterprises, so that all enterprises in our country attach importance to the construction of enterprise culture ideologically. Strengthen the construction of corporate culture in action, through the construction of excellent corporate culture, to increase their comprehensive strength.
