T市共青团促进大学毕业生创业策略研究

【摘要】:随着高等教育的发展,各高校大规模扩招,毕业生人数逐年增加,大批大学毕业生涌入人才市场,在给社会注入新鲜力量的同时,就业难也成为社会普遍关注、政府高度重视的问题。面对我国发展需求,对共青团组织促进大学毕业生创业的研究,具有重要的理论与实践意义。本文以T市共青团促进大学毕业生创业策略为研究对象,根据战略管理和市场营销等理论,借鉴国内外先进经验,运用文献资料分析、问卷调查法和案例分析法,在对“问卷星”等开放性网络问卷平台回收的3791份有效调查问卷进行分析,辖区内高校基层团组织进行定向调查和重点了解创业成功典型的基础上,分析T市大学毕业生创业影响因素,同时运用SWOT分析方法对大学毕业生创业条件进行分析,发现限制大学毕业生创业的能力、生产要素、优惠政策等方面问题。为此,根据非营利组织营销理论,从“T市共青团”营销“创业”的视角,进行市场细分、目标市场选择和市场定位,从产品、价格、渠道、促销四个方面提出营销组合策略,并给出促进大学毕业生创业实施的保障措施。这些,对T市大学毕业生创业具有指导意义,对其他地区的创业指导也有借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education, the number of graduates increases year by year, and a large number of college graduates pour into the talent market. At the same time, the difficulty of obtaining employment has become a general concern of the society. Facing the development demand of our country, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the research of the Communist Youth League to promote the university graduates' entrepreneurship. This paper takes the strategy of promoting university graduates' entrepreneurship in T City as the research object. According to the theories of strategic management and marketing, and drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey and case analysis, Based on the analysis of 3791 effective questionnaires collected from the open network questionnaire platform, such as "questionnaire star", and the targeted investigation conducted by the grass-roots group organizations in colleges and universities in the area of jurisdiction, and on the basis of the emphasis on understanding the typical success of entrepreneurship, This paper analyzes the influencing factors of university graduates' entrepreneurship in T City, and analyzes the entrepreneurial conditions of university graduates by using SWOT analysis method, and finds out the problems in limiting the ability, production factors and preferential policies of university graduates to start their own businesses. According to the marketing theory of non-profit organizations, from the perspective of marketing "entrepreneurship" of "T City Communist Youth League", this paper carries out market segmentation, target market selection and market positioning, and puts forward the marketing combination strategy from four aspects: product, price, channel and promotion. The paper also gives the guarantee measures to promote the implementation of university graduates' entrepreneurship, which is of guiding significance to the entrepreneurship of university graduates in T City, and also has reference value to the guidance of entrepreneurship in other regions.
