【摘要】:近年来,随着经济一体化进程的不断深入,银行业间的竞争也越来越白热化,国内外各大银行也大力发展除传统信贷业务外的中间业务,积极提高自身核心竞争力。中间业务与资产业务、负债业务相比,具有资金成本低、风险小、收益低等多方面的优质特点,逐渐成为我国商业银行业务发展的主要方向。我国商业银行中间业务起步较晚,中间业务收入占营业总收入的比重较西方发达国家的商业银行相比还有一定的差距,中间业务发展还有较大提升的空间。国开行进行商业化改革后,面临着与国内商业银行同业竞争的压力,国开行云南分行必须在做好传统的中长期贷款项目的同时,重视分行中间业务的发展,通过中间业务的开展维护客我关系,提升自身竞争力。 本文从国开行云南分行中间业务发展概况、中间业务收入结构、存在问题等方面入手对国开行云南分行的中间业务发展现状进行分析研究,并运用了SWOT分析法分析了国开行云南分行在发展中间业务过程中面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,从而得出国开行云南分行在特定的区域环境下开展中间业务的核心竞争力所在,结合中间业务产品的特点,按照中间业务产品营销的流程从规划先行、制度建设、队伍建设、产品研发、多部门联动、综合营销、考核机制建立、客我关系维护和风险防控等方面提出国开行云南省分行发展中间业务的前、中、后期发展策略,力争为分行中间业务的发展提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the process of economic integration, the competition among the banks is becoming more and more intense. The major banks at home and abroad have also vigorously developed intermediary business in addition to the traditional credit business. Actively improve their core competitiveness. Compared with assets business and liability business, intermediary business has the characteristics of low capital cost, low risk, low income, and so on. It has gradually become the main direction of the development of commercial bank business in China. The intermediate business of commercial banks in our country started relatively late, and the proportion of intermediate business income to total operating income is still far behind that of commercial banks in western developed countries. After commercial reform, CDB is facing the pressure of competing with domestic commercial banks. CDB Yunnan Branch must do a good job of traditional medium- and long-term loan projects at the same time. Attach importance to the development of branch intermediary business, through the development of intermediary business maintenance of customer relations, improve their competitiveness. This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of intermediate business in Yunnan Branch of CDB from the following aspects: general situation of intermediate business development, income structure of intermediate business, existing problems and so on. It also analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by CDB Yunnan Branch in the process of developing intermediate business by using SWOT analysis method. In order to obtain the core competitiveness of CDB Yunnan Branch to carry out intermediate business under a specific regional environment, combined with the characteristics of intermediate business products, according to the process of marketing intermediate business products from the planning first, system construction, team building, Product research and development, multi-sector linkage, comprehensive marketing, establishment of assessment mechanism, maintenance of relations between customers and China, risk prevention and control, etc., put forward the development strategies of CDB Yunnan Branch for the development of intermediate business before, in the middle and later periods. Strive to provide a certain reference for the development of branch intermediary business.
