基于SOA的ERP分销管理平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着信息技术的快速发展,IT技术也广泛应用于各个行业及领域。每天大量的信息充斥着各行各业。公司的运营自然也离不开信息化的处理及应用,对于如何提高企业的运行效率和管理效益,各家公司都有着自己独特的方法。然而,对于以销售为主的各类企业,尤其是通信行业产品销售如何把信息产品有效地、快捷地、时效地销售给客户,这将会使企业趋于本行业的翘楚的地位。 传统的ERP系统主要是面向企业内部管理的,,传统的销售管理系统都是基于web管理系统,大量的销售人员在终端工作的时候需要带上笔和纸做现场记录,然后回到电脑进行相关数据的录入。最后才能生成报表发送给管理者。即使后期可以带笔记本电脑进行现场办公,但是还是存在重复工作的现象,极大的浪费而时间,降低了工作效率。原有的管理系统平台结构上缺少自由、灵活性;对于多变的业务需求、行业竞争要求不能很好地做出正确的、及时的、回馈和反应。那么怎样才能解决移动信息管理各个平台之间的无缝整合?怎样解决现有系统的可动态的、重新架构、流程优化调整?这是我们所要接受的一项新的任务。 为了解决现在企业使用的ERP系统不能与其他的渠道分销商、商品供货商统一集成的问题,架构专家提出了用面向服务架构的ERP体系结构替代原有的架构。从而能够在不同的Web平台上自由的转换、使建立该平台上的ERP系统更具有可扩展性、易用性。通过重新架构和布局ERP管理系统,使得分销管理平台对业务应用程序需要根据业务的需要变得更加灵活,以适应不断变化的环境. 基于之前的种种问题,本文结合省公司现有信息管理系统的不足,在此基础上开发了基于SOA架构的ERP销售管理系统。开发前期本人通过实际调研各个营业厅、销售终端商、产品供应商的实际情况,结合移动本身的销售特点及销售渠道,为下一步系统开发做出充分准备。目前该系统的完成可以使经常改变的政策、业务级别、业务重点、合作伙伴(主要指供应商、终端零售商)关系、行业地位等一系列资源管理变得更加清晰化、可操作性强、高效率地工作流程等。通过实时工作内容更新,及时的工作内容汇报,让销售能够清楚的知道自己的工作内容,并且通过实时功能展现销售活动的内容,即团购信息、特价活动的时间、机型、数量;订货会等相关信息,让管理者能够在第一时间检查工作成效,提出改进方案,实现工作的无缝隙对接,极大的提高了销售人员的工作效率。由于销售终端的人员十分庞大,未来管理这些销售人员肯定会依据现代化的管理系统,移动销售管理系统的市场十分广阔,21世纪是4G的时代,也是移动销售管理系统崛起的时代。开发过程和运行效果表明,引入SOA架构下的ERP信息管理可以缩短开发时间和提高软件系统灵活度,也提高了开发的灵活性,并且便于和其它系统或模块集成。 本文重点研究了基于SOA的ERP分销管理系统平台。本人主要工作如下: 1.总结了目前ERP系统研究现状和国内外的ERP使用情况,在传统的ERP系统运营模式发展趋势下引入基于SOA的ERP分销管理系统所具有的优点,提出基于SOA的ERP分销管理系统的设计与实现。以J2EE开发平台,Oracle为后台数据库,运用Web Service技术、Ajax、JavaScript完成了基于SOA的ERP分销管理系统软件设计开发。实现了账单、订单、用户资料、销售数量、活动时间、特价商品的时时更新。为运营商、供货商、零售商提供了便利条件。解决了原有系统中不能信息共享、资源共享、资源统一配置等陈旧问题。 2.介绍基于SOA的ERP分销管理系统开发所需具备的理论和技术,其中包括SOA的原理和ERP系统原理。 3.进行基于SOA的ERP分销管理系统的设计,包括需求分析、功能结构和数据库逻辑设计等。从系统性能需求、系统运行环境、接口参数、功能需求上做出了详细分析,从而为该项目的开发提供了有利条件。 4.本人参与了整个项目中的三个子模块的初步开发工作。设计并实现了团购管理、营销活动管理、订货管理三大模块功能。作为以销售为主的管理系统平台,实现以上三个模块就基本完成了对产品的供货、审核、发货、购买、零售的统一实现。节省了时间上的繁琐工作,并且对于大量的产品销售过程的物流信息跟踪、销售情况、账单统计都实现了时时更新统计。使有关销售的企业商家能够更清楚地了解到自己的相关信息,以便更好的与合作商沟通与协调。

However, for mainly to sales of various types of enterprises, especially the communications industry product sales information products how to effectively and quickly, the limitation of sales to customers, which will make the industry leading enterprises tend to position.
The traditional ERP system is mainly for internal management, the traditional sales management system is a management system based on Web, a large number of sales staff need to take a pen and paper record on the spot when the computer terminal, and then back to the relevant data entry. Finally can generate reports sent to the manager. Even later you can take a notebook computer on-site office, but there are still repeated work of the phenomenon, a great waste of time, reduced work efficiency. Management system based on the structure of the original lack of freedom, flexibility; for changing business needs, industry competition can not very well make the correct, timely, feedback and response. How to solve the seamless integration between the various mobile information management platform? How to solve the existing system can be dynamic, re structure, process optimization and adjustment of this is we? A new task to be accepted.
In order to solve the present ERP system can not use enterprise with other channel distributors, commodity supplier integration problems, architecture experts proposed to use ERP architecture service oriented architecture to replace the original architecture. In order to convert Web on different platforms, the establishment of ERP system on this platform has more scalability that is easy to use. Through the re structure and layout of the ERP management system, the distribution management platform for business applications according to the business needs to become more flexible to adapt to the changing environment.
Based on the problems before, according to the shortcomings of the current information management system of the company, on the basis of the development of ERP sales management system based on SOA architecture. The early development of himself through the actual investigation of each business, sales terminal operators, the actual situation of product suppliers, combined with the characteristics of mobile sales and sales channels to make full preparation for itself. The next step for the development of the system. At present, this system can make frequent changes of policy, service level, business focus, partners (mainly suppliers, terminal retailers), the status of the industry and a series of resource management becomes more and more clear, strong operability, high efficiency work processes. Through the real-time work update, timely reporting, so that sales can clearly see the contents of their work, and through the real-time function show sales activities, namely, group purchase Special offer information, activity time, type, number of orders; and other related information, so that managers can work for the first time to check the results, put forward the improvement scheme, realize seamless docking, greatly improve the efficiency of the sales staff. As the terminal sales staff is very large, the future management of these sales staff will on the basis of modern management system, mobile sales management system is a very large market, twenty-first Century is the 4G era, is the rise of mobile sales management system that era. The development process and operation effect, the introduction of ERP information management under the SOA framework can shorten development time and improve the system flexibility, but also improve the flexibility of development, and for other systems or modules.
This paper focuses on the research of the ERP distribution management system platform based on SOA. The main work of this platform is as follows:
1. summarizes the current research status of ERP system and the usage of ERP, the advantages of SOA ERP distribution management system based on the operation mode of ERP system is introduced in the development trend of the tradition, proposes the design and implementation of the SOA ERP distribution management system based on. J2EE platform, Oracle as the background database, the use of Web Service, Ajax, JavaScript to complete the SOA ERP distribution management system software based on the design and development. The bills, orders, user information, sales amount, activity time, special offer commodity update. For operators, suppliers and retailers to provide convenient conditions. Can not solve the information sharing, the original system the sharing of resources, unified resource allocation etc. old problems.
2. introduce the theory and technology needed for the development of ERP distribution management system based on SOA, including the principle of SOA and the principle of ERP system.
3. design of SOA ERP based on the distribution management system, including requirement analysis, function structure and database logical design. From the system performance requirements, system operation environment and interface parameters, functional requirements and made a detailed analysis, so as to provide favorable conditions for the development of the project.
4. I participated in the initial development of three sub modules in whole project. The design and implementation of group purchase management, marketing management, order management functions of the three modules. As the system platform management mainly to sales, to achieve the above three modules basically completed the product supply, audit, purchase, delivery, retail the implementation of unified. Save tedious work time, and for a large number of logistics information product sales tracking, sales statistics, bills have achieved updated statistics. The relevant sales business enterprises can more clearly understand their own information, in order to better cooperation and communication and coordination.
