资产管理云平台在我国公募基金公司转型中的作用研究

【摘要】：中国资产管理市场规模正迅速扩大,个人可投资资产规模的迅速增长,给资管行业的发展带来了前所未有的机遇。随着金融体制改革改革的不断深入,过去各类金融机构在资管业务领域的人为分割局面正在被打破,银行、基金、保险、证券、信托、期货、第三方理财、互联网金融企业之间的壁垒渐渐淡化,转而出现越来越多的相互渗透、相互合作的局面。中国逐渐进入了大资管、大分化、大融合的时代,形成蓬勃、多元发展,互通、共赢共进的金融资管新格局。本文分析了我国公募基金公司发展现状、存在问题以及向财富管理公司转型必要性,研究了互联网金融模式创新、资产管理和云平台等方面的相关文献,介绍分析在当今多层次资本市场建设背景下,与互联网思维、互联网技术相结合产生的商业理念和商业模式在金融行业的实践与应用,介绍了资产管理云平台以及其资产管理行业的应用。同时,文章通过研究我国公募基金行业在与互联网相结合方面的现状、存在问题与发展趋势,运用跨学科的研究方法,分析外部竞争环境变化所产生的新型资产管理生态系统中,平台战略在资产管理细分行业中发展演化成的资产管理云平台在解决我国公募基金公司所面临的包括商业模式、业务方向等转型难题,以及成本控制、管理协同、产品、营销策略等实际问题中可以发挥的作用,还对由此产生的公募基金公司各项业务的转变和商业模式的创新趋势进行简要梳理。最后,文章对就资产管理云平台在应用中存在的潜在风险进行了初步探讨,并就资产管理云平台未来的发展做出了展望。
[Abstract]:The scale of China's asset management market is expanding rapidly, and the rapid growth of individual investable assets has brought unprecedented opportunities to the development of the capital management industry.With the deepening of the reform of the financial system, the artificial division of financial institutions in the field of capital management in the past is being broken. Banks, funds, insurance, securities, trusts, futures, third party financing,The barriers between Internet financial enterprises are gradually desalinated, and more and more mutual penetration and cooperation appear.China has gradually entered the era of big capital management, big differentiation and great integration, forming a new pattern of financial capital management with vigorous, pluralistic development, mutual exchange and win-win development.This paper analyzes the status quo, existing problems and the necessity of transforming into wealth management companies in China's public offering fund companies, and studies the relevant literature on Internet financial model innovation, asset management and cloud platform, etc.This paper introduces and analyzes the practice and application of the business concept and business model in the financial industry, which are produced by the combination of Internet thinking and Internet technology under the background of multi-level capital market construction.This paper introduces the cloud platform of asset management and its application in asset management industry.At the same time, by studying the current situation, existing problems and development trend of the public fund industry in China, the article applies interdisciplinary research methods.In the new asset management ecosystem caused by the change of the external competitive environment, the development of the platform strategy in the asset management subdivision industry and the development of the asset management cloud platform to solve the problems faced by the public fund companies in China, including the business model, are analyzed.Business direction and other transformation problems, as well as cost control, management synergy, products, marketing strategies and other practical issues can play a role,It also briefly combs the business transformation and business model innovation trend of public fund companies.Finally, the paper discusses the potential risks in the application of asset management cloud platform, and makes a prospect for the future development of asset management cloud platform.
