关于《参与感:小米口碑营销内部手册》的汉译韩翻译实践报告

【摘要】:译者所选的翻译项目是,2014年出版的小米公司联合创始人黎万强编写的《参与感:小米口碑营销内部手册》。本书主要讲述的是小米公司的顾客管理与营销战略。本书一经出版就在国内成为最畅销的图书之一。小米的势力不断扩大,很多韩国读者也对小米公司非常感兴趣,可是没有对应的韩文版本。本人翻译此书,将填补空白,使得更多的韩国读者理解小米,关注小米。本报告的构成如下:第一章是引言。对翻译项目的规模和方向进行了大致的描述。第二章是对作者,作品等翻译项目的简介。第三章是译前分析和译前准备。具体讲述为了圆满地完成翻译所进行的努力和所做的准备。第四章是翻译案例分析,本章立足于“具体问题,具体分析”的思想,进行了详细的举例说明。对所运用的翻译方法和技巧,进行了详细的说明。在第五章,对整个翻译项目进行了总结。接下来是所查找的参考文献和谢辞。本报告的重点在于第四章,充分地利用了尤金·A·奈达的对等翻译理论,从各个角度对案例进行了分析。采用“省略、增补、替代”,“句群的整合与拆分”,“意义的申引与具体化”翻译方法和技巧,对翻译过程中出现的难点进行了逐一分析。报告表明,要翻译好作品,圆满完成翻译项目,应该进行充分的事先准备,充分利用翻译理论与技巧,使得翻译项目更加完美,生动地表达原作所要表达的内容。译者相信,本作品可以帮助更多的韩国国民,了解小米,关注中国的新兴企业。
[Abstract]:The translator's chosen translation project was "sense of participation: an Internal Handbook for Xiaomi's word of mouth Marketing", written by Xiaomi co-founder Li Wanqiang in 2014.This book is mainly about Xiaomi's customer management and marketing strategy.Once published, this book has become one of the best-selling books in China.Xiaomi's growing power, many Korean readers are also very interested in Xiaomi, but there is no corresponding Korean version.My translation of this book, will fill in the gap, so that more Korean readers understand Xiaomi, attention Xiaomi.The composition of this report is as follows: the first chapter is an introduction.The paper gives a general description of the scope and direction of the translation project.The second chapter is the author, the work and so on translation project brief introduction.Chapter three is about pre-translation analysis and pre-translation preparation.This paper describes the efforts and preparations for the successful completion of translation.Chapter four is a case study of translation, which is based on the idea of "concrete problem, concrete analysis".The translation methods and techniques used are explained in detail.In the fifth chapter, the whole translation project is summarized.Next are the references and thank-you.This report focuses on chapter four, which makes full use of Eugene A. Nida's theory of equivalent translation and analyzes the case from various angles.Using the translation methods and techniques of "ellipsis, supplement, substitution", "the integration and division of sentence groups" and "extension and concretization of meaning", the difficulties in translation process are analyzed one by one.The report shows that in order to translate well and successfully complete the translation project, we should make full preparation in advance, make full use of translation theories and techniques, and make the translation project more perfect and vividly express the content of the original work.The translator believes that this work can help more Korean nationals understand Xiaomi and focus on Chinese start-ups.
