W半导体公司发展战略研究

【摘要】：半导体是计算机、通信和消费电子产品的核心组成部分,在各个领域都有广泛的应用,半导体产业是电子工业的基础,是国民经济的战略性产业。半导体行业具有发展速度快,竞争激烈的特点,如何在激烈的竞争中生存和发展是每一个半导体公司必须面对的问题。本文以W半导体公司的发展性问题为出发点,以MBA所学战略管理理论为基础,对W半导体公司以及半导体行业竞争对手的数据进行了收集和研究,理论联系实际,寻求适合W半导体公司的发展战略。首先,论文对半导体产业的宏环境进行分析,包括了对政治环境、经济环境、社会环境、技术环境和全球化因素分析。接着在了解半导体行业发展特征、商业模式演进过程和产业价值链的基础上,结合波特五力模型进行行业分析,总结出W半导体公司面临的机会和威胁。然后,论文从研发能力、人力资源、财务状况、市场营销和产品结构等多个角度对W半导体公司的内部状况进行分析,概括出W半导体公司的优势和劣势。最后,运用SWOT分析法结合W半导体公司的企业愿景,提出以现有盈利项目带来的大量现金流为基础,合理调整产品结构,以“乐高”式组合模式来降低成本,占领更多市场,同时加强技术和专利储备,着手朝阳产业,发展新兴市场的发展战略,并提出了实施战略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:Semiconductor is the core component of computer, communication and consumer electronic products, and is widely used in all fields. Semiconductor industry is the foundation of electronic industry and the strategic industry of national economy.Semiconductor industry has the characteristics of rapid development and fierce competition. How to survive and develop in the fierce competition is the problem that every semiconductor company must face.Based on MBA's theory of strategic management, this paper collects and studies the data of W semiconductor company and its competitors in semiconductor industry.Seek suitable development strategy for W Semiconductor Company.Firstly, this paper analyzes the macro environment of semiconductor industry, including the political environment, economic environment, social environment, technological environment and globalization factors.Then, on the basis of understanding the characteristics of semiconductor industry, the evolution process of business model and the industrial value chain, combined with Porter's five-force model, the paper summarizes the opportunities and threats faced by W semiconductor company.Then, this paper analyzes the internal situation of W Semiconductor Company from the perspectives of R & D capability, human resources, financial situation, marketing and product structure, and generalizes the advantages and disadvantages of W Semiconductor Company.Finally, combining the enterprise vision of W Semiconductor Company with SWOT analysis method, this paper puts forward a reasonable adjustment of product structure based on a large amount of cash flow from existing profitable projects, and a "Lego" combination model to reduce costs and occupy more markets.At the same time, strengthen the technology and patent reserve, set about sunrise industry, develop the developing strategy of emerging market, and put forward the safeguard measures to implement the strategy.
