上海旅游援疆模式分析:理论与实证

【摘要】：产业援疆是推进新疆社会稳定和经济发展的重要抓手,然而新疆受到区位条件、人才条件和生态环境的三重约束。根据对大推进理论和双循环模型的分析,本文认为旅游业应成为带动新疆经济发展的主导产业的重要选择之一。上海旅游援疆实践取得较好的经济发展绩效与社会稳定效应,本文以泽普县为案例对上海旅游援疆模式进行系统总结,以期为该模式的细化及推广提供理论支撑,更为产业扶贫提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The industry Yuanjiang is an important starting point to promote Xinjiang's social stability and economic development, however, Xinjiang is the location, the three talent constraint conditions and ecological environment. According to the analysis of the big push theory and double circulation model, this paper thinks that the tourism industry should be driven by one of the important choice of the leading industry of Xinjiang economic development of Shanghai tourism. Yuanjiang practice good economic performance and social stability has the effect, for the case of Shanghai Zepu County Tourism Yuanjiang mode were summarized, so as to provide theoretical support for the refinement and extension of this model, more poor industry to provide reference.
