LKYL公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:医疗行业是关系人类生命健康的产业,国内乃至全球都一直保持着快速的发展。LKYL公司作为国内医疗行业生力军的一员,根据自身发展需要和未来市场需求,逐步调整经营战略,由原来的以传统胶片为主的影像信息记录材料系统服务商逐步向医疗行业板块方向发展。本文首先利用EFE矩阵对公司外部环境诸要素做了系统分析,显示企业对外部环境响应能力较好,能够利用优势去避免威胁;然后采用五力模型和CPM矩阵对企业的竞争环境做了进一步分析,显示企业处于竞争比较激烈的行业状态,其产品有一定的优势,产品质量还需要进一步的提升;利用IFE矩阵对公司的内部环境做了仔细分析,显示企业内部状况处于强势状态,有利于企业的进一步发展。然后通过内、外部分析得来的企业内部优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁等列表,利用SWOT矩阵分析生成了可行的备选方案。最后利用QSPM矩阵定量分析备选战略,确定了LKYL公司未来发展的战略。LKYL公司的发展战略是在国家政策和相关单位、部门的支持下,积极保持并拓展企业规模,利用成本优势,继续争夺竞品的市场;严控产品质量,加强并保持服务营销,提高自身产品的市场占有率;实现产品的多元化,未来实现设备、耗材和软件的生产和销售。本文为公司设计了在新型环境下的发展战略,并给出了具体实施计划,希望该公司能通过完善组织管理、人力资源的培训、生产工艺流程的优化和企业文化建设等一系列措施以实现公司的积极快速的跨越式发展,为我国医疗行业发展和国民健康做出更大的贡献。
[Abstract]:Medical industry is an industry related to human life and health. As a member of the national medical industry, LKYL has been maintaining rapid development and even the whole world. It gradually adjusts its management strategy according to its own development needs and future market demands. From the original traditional film-based image information recording material service providers to the medical sector. Firstly, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the factors of the external environment by using the EFE matrix, which shows that the enterprise has a good response to the external environment and can use its advantages to avoid threats. Then we use the five-force model and CPM matrix to further analyze the competitive environment of the enterprise, which shows that the enterprise is in a competitive industry state, its products have certain advantages, and the product quality still needs to be further improved. This paper makes a careful analysis of the internal environment of the company by using the IFE matrix, which shows that the internal condition of the enterprise is in a strong state, which is conducive to the further development of the enterprise. Then through the internal and external analysis of the internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities, threats and other lists, using the SWOT matrix analysis to generate feasible options. Finally, by using the QSPM matrix quantitative analysis alternative strategy, it is determined that the future development strategy of LKYL Company. LKYL's development strategy is to actively maintain and expand the scale of the enterprise and utilize the cost advantage under the support of the national policy and relevant units and departments. Continue to compete for the market; strictly control the quality of products, strengthen and maintain service marketing, improve their own market share of products; achieve product diversification, the future of equipment, supplies and software production and sales. This paper has designed the development strategy for the company under the new environment, and has given the concrete implementation plan, hoped that the company can through the consummation organization management, the human resources training, The optimization of production process and the construction of enterprise culture are a series of measures to realize the positive and rapid development of the company and make greater contributions to the development of medical industry and national health in China.
