某集团产品数据管理系统应用研究

【摘要】：产品数据管理(Product Data Management,PDM)目前已经广泛的应用在各大企业,不断推动产品设计的通用化、模块化、流程化、标准化,极大的提升了设计效率。本课题来源于集团"十二五规划",构建完整的企业信息化应用平台,全面实施信息化战略的需要,通过软件系统来辅助梳理企业的业务流程和强化企业的管理制度,有效解决企业设计过程的瓶颈问题,提高研发、工艺管理水平,为集团公司推动数字化、智能化工厂打下重要且坚实的基础。本文首先分析了 PDM的课题来源及研究背景、国内外现状及发展趋势,通过梳理集团业务蓝图,分析目前集团公司设计现状,研究公司在产品数据管理方面的详细业务需求,为PDM方案的设计提供精准、细致、可靠的理论依据;其次是针对公司选用PDM软件系统的主要模块及功能进行系统分析,通过研究其标准的功能模块,为系统结构设计和实施项目提供目标,基本能够满足业务需求;然后进行系统实施研究,定义实施目标、实施环境及实施方法,研究PDM成功实施的保障措施,根据公司实际业务需求,提出了面向某集团自身特点的PDM的功能模型,用信息化管理方式,将设计过程流程化、标准化、通用化;最后结合实施重点介绍了 PDM在集团公司的应用实例,验证PDM系统实施的效果,按照规划达到预期目标。本课题的研究加快PDM平台的落地,有效解决了制约企业发展的各种问题,提高研发协同设计能力,增强数据管理水平,为促进产品创新、管理创新以及营销模式创新和服务体系建设等奠定了基石;为集团信息化建设提供应用示范和经验,总结了一套行之有效的实施方法论;为整车制造行业今后的两化融合、智能制造发展战略提供良好的技术储备。
[Abstract]:Product Data Management (PDM) has been widely used in many enterprises, and has promoted the design of products in general, modularization, flow, standardization, and greatly improved the efficiency of design. This topic comes from the 12th Five-Year Plan of the Group, constructs the complete enterprise informatization application platform, comprehensively implements the information strategy needs, through the software system to assist to comb the enterprise business process and to strengthen the enterprise management system, Effectively solve the bottleneck of enterprise design process, improve the level of R & D and process management, and lay an important and solid foundation for the group company to promote digitization and intelligent chemical plant. This paper first analyzes the source and research background of PDM, the current situation and development trend at home and abroad, through combing the group business blueprint, analyzes the current design status of the group company, and studies the detailed business requirements of the company in product data management. It provides accurate, detailed and reliable theoretical basis for the design of PDM scheme. Secondly, it analyzes the main modules and functions of the PDM software system, and studies its standard function modules. To provide the goal for the system structure design and implement the project, basically can satisfy the business demand, then carries on the system implementation research, defines the implementation goal, the implementation environment and the implementation method, studies the PDM successful implementation safeguard measure, According to the actual business needs of the company, this paper puts forward a functional model of PDM for the characteristics of a certain group. The design process is processed, standardized and universal with the information management method. Finally, the paper introduces the application of PDM in Group Company, verifies the effect of PDM system, and achieves the expected goal according to the plan. The research of this subject accelerates the landing of PDM platform, effectively solves all kinds of problems that restrict the development of enterprises, improves the ability of R & D collaborative design, strengthens the level of data management, in order to promote product innovation, Management innovation, marketing model innovation and service system construction have laid the foundation stone, provided the application demonstration and experience for the information construction of the group, summarized a set of effective implementation methodology, for the whole vehicle manufacturing industry in the future, Intelligent manufacturing development strategy provides a good technical reserve.
