基于J2EE的商业银行电话营销整合作业平台的设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着通讯网络科技的飞速发展,以及信用卡市场的日益壮大,电话营销日益成了银行在营销过程中的重要手段。在欧洲以及港台等信用卡发达的国家和地区,电话营销已经成为信用卡发行的重要手段,采用先进的软件技术来提高企业的管理水平是目前企业取得竞争优势的关键。商业银行的信用卡电话营销虽刚起步发展,但已突显出良好的发展趋势,成为尽快推广和抢占国内信用卡市场的有效渠道。 目前国内大多数银行拥有自己的电话营销系统,但这些系统主要为电话呼出系统,该系统只能实现简单的呼出任务分配、呼出电话实施及呼出结果的简单记录等,难以实现对客户信息及需求的实时记录。而且银行的产品信息分散在多种专业系统里,系统之间缺乏有效的整合,导致电话营销在匹配客户需求方面受到制约,电话营销难以高效地开展。因此,研发一个专门的商业银行电话营销整合平台有着重要的实际意义和应用价值。 本文首先介绍了电话营销的发展及国内外研究现状,阐述了C/S和B/S结构模式及SSH架构模式等。针对目前商业银行的电话营销系统普遍存在着呼出过程中无法在线办理、后续营销情况难以及时跟踪等问题,给出了系统的具体功能需求,并描述了系统的主要业务功能;设计了数据管理模块、项目管理模块、亲访亲签模块、电子表单模块及质检模块等模块。基本解决了以上的问题,节省了银行的电话营销的成本,提升了电话营销的效率。为了进一步保障系统的质量,本文介绍了对数据管理模块、项目管理模块和亲访亲签模块的功能测试,并对其部分功能编写了测试用例。同时也对系统的性能进行了测试,确保了系统能够安全稳定的进行。通过了对基于J2EE的商业银行电话营销整合作业平台的系统测试,完成了在平台系统投入使用前的最后正常运行的验证,保障了商业银行电话营销整合作业平台的稳定性和安全性。 该商业银行电话营销整合作业平台是以J2EE技术为基础,采用Java语言和JSP开发,并采用EJB技术在Struts框架上构建起来的软件平台。银行电话营销中心可在该平台上对银行信用卡的营销活动、营销渠道和营销成本进行管理。基于J2EE架构的商业银行电话营销整合作业平台,集成“云计算”话务语音平台,以银行业营销人员为使用对象,以市场营销为手段,以提高企业经济效益为目标,流程设计合理,,简便易用,将在实际的信用卡电话营销管理工作中发挥重要作用。该电话营销整合作业平台后续可以将商业银行的客户维护系统和银行保险产品销售等功能整合在一起,使之真正形成一套完整的电话营销整合作业平台,能支持更多元化的产品销售,成为银行的利润中心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of communication network technology and the growing of credit card market, telephone marketing has become an important means for banks in the marketing process. In Europe, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and other developed countries and regions, telephone marketing has become an important means of credit card issuance, the use of advanced software technology to improve the management level of enterprises is the key to obtain a competitive advantage. Although the credit card and telephone marketing of commercial banks has just started to develop, it has already highlighted the good development trend, and has become an effective channel to promote and seize the domestic credit card market as soon as possible. At present, most domestic banks have their own telephone marketing systems, but these systems are mainly telephone outgoing systems. This system can only achieve simple outgoing task assignment, outgoing telephone implementation and simple record of outgoing results, etc. It is difficult to record customer information and requirements in real time. Moreover, the product information of the bank is scattered in many kinds of professional systems, which lacks the effective integration between the systems, which leads to the restriction of the telephone marketing in matching the customer's demand, and it is difficult to carry out the telephone marketing efficiently. Therefore, the research and development of a commercial bank telephone marketing integration platform has important practical significance and application value. This paper first introduces the development of telephone marketing and the current research situation at home and abroad, expounds the C / S and B / S structure mode and SSH architecture model. In view of the problems that the telephone marketing system of commercial banks generally can not be handled online in the process of calling out, and the follow-up marketing situation is difficult to track in time, the specific functional requirements of the system are given, and the main business functions of the system are described. Data management module, project management module, visiting and signing module, electronic form module and quality inspection module are designed. The above problems are basically solved, the cost of telephone marketing of banks is saved and the efficiency of telephone marketing is improved. In order to further guarantee the quality of the system, this paper introduces the function testing of the data management module, the project management module and the visiting and signing module, and compiles the test cases for some of its functions. At the same time, the performance of the system is tested to ensure that the system can be carried out safely and stably. Through the system test of the integrated operation platform of the commercial bank telephone marketing based on J2EE, the verification of the final normal operation before the platform system is put into use has been completed. It ensures the stability and security of the integrated operation platform of telephone marketing in commercial banks. The integrated operation platform of telephone marketing of commercial bank is a software platform based on J2EE technology, developed by Java language and JSP, and built on Struts framework by EJB technology. The bank telephone marketing center can manage the marketing activities, marketing channels and marketing costs of bank credit card on this platform. Based on J2EE framework, commercial bank telephone marketing integration operation platform, integrated "cloud computing" voice platform, taking banking marketers as the use object, marketing as the means, to improve the economic benefits of enterprises as the goal, Process design is reasonable, easy to use and will play an important role in the actual credit card telephone marketing management. The telephone marketing integrated operation platform can integrate the customer maintenance system of commercial bank and the function of bancassurance product sales together, so that it can really form a complete telephone marketing integration operation platform. Can support more diversified product sales, become the profit center of the bank.
