乐视网业务运营支撑系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着乐视网业务运营的逐步开展,网站上所提供的视频服务和会员业务正在不断地丰富,但如何实现客户数据统一管理以及业务相关信息的海量收集,并达到运营管理、客服管理、产品管理以及系统资源管理的全面支持已然成为公司面临的现实问题与挑战。为了解决这些问题,需要设计一个业务运营支撑系统,以集中业务数据,有效地对产品及业务资源进行配置管理,让用户通过统一的系统平台进行日常工作,从而提高用户的满意度和会员购买力。 本文是基于对乐视网内部数据的收集和统一管理以及业务相关信息的海量收集的分析,提出一整套业务支撑系统的设计与优化方案,并用这套方案进行系统的编码与实现,为客户提供一个统一的操作平台,达到强化乐视生态的业务线条的统一管理和整合营销能力,提升系统对业务及需求不断变化的响应能力,加强综合的报表统计及协同效果数据分析的目标。作者的主要工作是采用B/S架构模式和Spring MVC框架进行开发,利用Memcached缓存技术对数据进行分布式缓存及读取,以提高系统响应能力。通过制定定时任务定期向大数据中心采集数据,保存到本地数据库服务器中,同时在统一的WEB平台上为管理人员和操作查询人员提供有效的参考依据。采用分表冗余查询以及分布式缓存这两种解决方案生成统计报表等数据统计分析模块,并提高了查询的性能。 本文通过功能性测试和非功能性测试对优化结果进行了验证,通过实际的测试,验证了系统在不同的浏览器下,运营管理模块、客服管理模块、系统管理模块和产品管理模块中所有功能的正确实现,集中了所有的业务数据,对产品和业务资源进行了有效的配置管理,提升了用户满意度和会员购买力。 本文的主要结构为:首先介绍项目背景、问题定义、研究目标和内容等,然后介绍了项目的实现技术、业务架构以及用户需求,并详细阐述了系统的UML设计、数据库设计和编码实现,最终通过功能性测试和非功能性测试完成了业务运营支撑系统的实现。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual development of Letv network business operation, the video services and membership services provided on the website are constantly enriched, but how to achieve unified management of customer data and massive collection of business-related information, And to achieve the operational management, customer service management, product management and system resource management of the overall support has become a practical problem and challenges faced by the company. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to design a business operation support system to centralize business data, effectively configure and manage products and business resources, and allow users to carry out daily work through a unified system platform. In order to improve user satisfaction and member purchasing power. This paper is based on the analysis of the collection and unified management of the internal data of Letv net and the massive collection of the relevant information, and puts forward a whole set of design and optimization scheme of the business support system, which is used to code and implement the system. To provide a unified operating platform for customers to enhance the Letv ecological business lines of unified management and integrated marketing capabilities, enhance the system to the changing business and needs of the response capacity, Strengthen the objective of comprehensive report statistics and synergistic effect data analysis. The main work of the author is to use the B / S architecture and Spring MVC framework to develop, and to use the Memcached cache technology to cache and read the data distributed so as to improve the response ability of the system. The data is collected from the big data center periodically by making the timing task and stored in the local database server. At the same time, it provides an effective reference basis for the managers and the operation query personnel on the unified WEB platform. The statistical analysis modules such as redundant query by table and distributed cache are used to generate statistical report, and the performance of query is improved. Through functional test and non-functional test to verify the optimization results, through the actual test, verify the system in different browsers, operation management module, customer service management module, The correct realization of all the functions in the system management module and the product management module centralizes all the business data, effectively configures the product and business resources, and improves the user satisfaction and the purchasing power of the member. The main structure of this paper is as follows: first, the project background, problem definition, research objectives and contents are introduced, then the project implementation technology, business architecture and user requirements are introduced, and the UML design of the system is described in detail. Database design and coding implementation, finally through functional testing and non-functional testing to complete the implementation of business operations support system.
