河南省畜牧人才需求与高职人才培养匹配度的分析

【摘要】:为了调研河南省开设畜牧兽医类专业的高职院校培养出的学生能否满足本省企业在新形势下对人才的需求,本次调研采取调查问卷的方式,对河南省95个农业类企业的用人情况进行了调查分析。结果表明:当前河南省高职院校培养出的畜牧人才为畜牧企业人才构成的主力,高职生在农业类企业适应性较强,就职岗位涉及生产、管理、营销、技术和研发等工种,但以生产和技术岗位为主,且人员流动性较高。说明当前畜牧兽医类的高职生在数量上能够满足企业需求,但是在人才质量方面与企业的要求仍有一定差距。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate whether the students trained in higher vocational colleges of animal husbandry and veterinary specialty in Henan Province can meet the needs of local enterprises for talents under the new situation, this investigation adopts the method of questionnaire. The employment situation of 95 agricultural enterprises in Henan Province was investigated and analyzed. The results show that the talent of animal husbandry trained in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province is the main talent of animal husbandry enterprises at present. Higher vocational college students have strong adaptability in agricultural enterprises, and their positions are related to production, management, marketing, technology and R & D, and other types of work, such as production, management, marketing, technology and research and development, etc. But mainly to production and technical posts, and high mobility of personnel. It shows that the number of higher vocational students of animal husbandry and veterinary can meet the needs of enterprises, but there is still a certain gap between the quality of talents and the requirements of enterprises.
