互联网金融背景下X商业银行个人理财业务发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着互联网在全球的普及以及广泛应用,互联网金融应运而生并迅速发展起来,网上银行、手机银行、第三方支付、“宝宝”类理财产品、P2P网贷等金融创新业务在我国蓬勃发展,由此形成了一种新的金融模式——互联网金融商业模式。目前,互联网金融的迅猛发展,对金融机构尤其是银行业的冲击已经显现出来,未来随着互联网金融发展不断壮大,将会与商业银行展开更加激烈的竞争,甚至改变银行业的经营模式和运行格局。论文在对互联网金融背景下商业银行理财业务受到的影响进行分析之后,对X商业银行个人理财业务的发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上,论文提出了银行理财业务面对互联网金融的冲击的对策和建议:第一,加强业务创新。首先要创新经营思维,重视互联网理财的“长尾效应”,开展普惠金融;其次是针对中小客户的理财需求,创新产品设计。第二,提升产品营销水平,灵活调整互联网理财收益,加强互联网理财渠道,充分运用“两微”营销策略。第三,加强人员素质建设,对互联网金融个人理财业务相关人员进行培训与考核。第四,进一步完善风险管理。商业银行理财业务引入互联网平台之后,风险势必加大,因此要将对互联网平台的监管纳入到银行理财业务的整个风险管理之中。第五,强化技术支持。首先展开与互联网金融平台的合作,利用互联网平台开展理财业务;其次是优化操作平台,提高交易的便捷性;最后利用大数据分析,针对用户需求进行营销。在互联网金融背景下,商业银行理财业务只有顺应市场变化,变革业务模式,创新服务理念,更好更快地满足客户需求,才能在这场战争中迎难而上,巩固市场地位。
[Abstract]:With the popularity and wide application of the Internet in the world, Internet finance has emerged and developed rapidly. Internet banking, mobile banking, third-party payment, Financial innovation business such as Peer-to-Peer loan (P2P), a kind of financial product of "Bao Bao", is booming in China, and a new financial model, Internet financial business model, has been formed. At present, with the rapid development of Internet finance, the impact on financial institutions, especially the banking sector, has been revealed. In the future, with the continuous development of Internet finance, more fierce competition will be launched with commercial banks. Even to change the banking business model and operational pattern. After analyzing the influence of the financial management business of commercial banks under the background of Internet finance, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the personal finance business of X commercial bank, and on this basis, The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of bank financial business facing the impact of Internet finance: first, strengthen business innovation. First of all, we should innovate management thinking, attach importance to the "long tail effect" of Internet financing, and develop inclusive finance; secondly, we should aim at the financial needs of small and medium-sized customers and innovate product design. Second, improve the level of product marketing, adjust the income of Internet financing flexibly, strengthen the channels of Internet financing, and make full use of "two micro" marketing strategies. Third, strengthen the construction of personnel quality, Internet financial personal finance business related personnel training and assessment. Fourth, further improve risk management. After the introduction of commercial bank financial services into the Internet platform, the risks are bound to increase, so the supervision of the Internet platform should be brought into the whole risk management of banking business. Fifth, strengthen technical support. First, the cooperation with the Internet financial platform, using the Internet platform to carry out financial business; secondly, optimize the operating platform to improve the convenience of transactions; finally, use big data analysis, marketing to meet the needs of users. Under the background of Internet finance, only by adapting to the market change, changing the business model, innovating the service idea and satisfying the customer's demand better and faster can commercial banks meet the difficulties and consolidate the market position in this war.
