利率市场化背景下县域支行的经营策略分析

【摘要】:利率市场化改革是我国金融开放的必然选择,是金融深化的前提条件和核心内容。随着利率市场化改革的深入推进,商业银行利差空间不断收窄,我国商业银行面临前所未有的挑战,同时也面临业务经营转型的重大机遇。作为我国金融体系中的重要组成部分和最接近底层的金融机构,县域支行与城区商业银行相比机构遍布广、数量多,有着利润来源单一、存贷款定价能力弱、客户结构较差、人才重视程度不够等特殊的经营特点,在此情况下,研究利率市场化及其对县域支行的影响表现的更为突出,利率市场化背景下县域支行的如何调整经营策略、抢占市场先机就显得尤为重要。本文通过回顾利率市场化相关理论、分析国内外利率市场化的发展进程和产生原因以及我国实现利率市场化的条件,结合县域支行的经营特点,提出县域商业银行应当珍惜利率市场化改革的良机,积极推进业务经营转型,在资产负债精细化管理、中间业务创新发展、人才队伍建设上加快制度和行为完善。在资产负债精细化管理上从调整负债结构、构建定价模型、以贷款助力城镇化发展等几方面提出建议;在中间业务创新发展上对零售条线的产品和服务创新以及公司条线的投行业务上做出了分析,并提出了个人住房贷款和代理农作物营销两种产品创新的模式,提供参考;在人才队伍建设方面从内外部角度出发,提出了加强人才建设的建议。以此为县域支行在缩小与城区商业银行的差距,更好的适应利率市场化改革提供了实际经营参考。
[Abstract]:The reform of interest rate marketization is the inevitable choice of China's financial opening and the precondition and core content of financial deepening. With the deepening of the reform of interest rate marketization, the margin of interest rate of commercial banks has been narrowed. The commercial banks in China are facing unprecedented challenges as well as great opportunities for business transformation. As an important part of China's financial system and the closest to the bottom of the financial institutions, the county branch compared with the city commercial banks have a wide range of institutions, a large number of organizations, a single source of profits, weak pricing power of deposits and loans, poor customer structure. In this case, it is more prominent to study the marketization of interest rate and its influence on the county branch, and how to adjust the management strategy of the county branch under the background of interest rate marketization. Preempting the market is particularly important. By reviewing the relevant theories of interest rate marketization, this paper analyzes the development process and causes of interest rate marketization at home and abroad, and the conditions for realizing interest rate marketization in China, combining with the management characteristics of county branch banks. It is pointed out that county commercial banks should cherish the opportunity of interest rate marketization reform, actively promote the business operation transformation, accelerate the perfection of system and behavior in the fine management of assets and liabilities, the innovation and development of intermediate business, and the construction of talent team. On the fine management of assets and liabilities, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of adjusting the structure of liabilities, constructing the pricing model and helping the development of urbanization with loans. This paper analyzes the product and service innovation of the retail line and the investment banking business of the company in the development of intermediate business innovation, and puts forward two product innovation modes of personal housing loan and agency crop marketing, providing reference; From the internal and external point of view, the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of talents. It provides a practical reference for the county branch to narrow the gap with the urban commercial banks and better adapt to the reform of interest rate marketization.
