浙江电力营销移动作业平台的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着无线通信技术和智能终端设备的发展,为电力营销移动作业应用提供了成熟的技术准备。而现有电力营销现场作业模式由于缺乏有效管控方式和技术手段支撑,在现场作业资料完整性、现场作业质量管控、现场作业工作效率等方面均存在明显的不足,与营销业务标准化作业、精益化管控的工作要求仍存在较大差距。电力营销移动作业平台的建设与应用,可以有效解决原有营销现场作业工作效率低、工作质量得不到有效管控以及现场客户服务能力受限等问题,促进电力营销现场作业的标准化与专业化。本文通过设计电力营销移动作业平台,给出了营销移动作业应用的具体解决方案。首先阐明了电力营销移动作业平台的总体建设目标和设计思路,详细介绍了电力营销移动作业平台的总体架构、物理架构、业务架构、数据架构以及技术架构设计;介绍了内外网交互技术、基于位置的服务、红外扫描与射频技术、电子签名、视频通讯等电力营销移动作业平台应用的主要技术;对基于移动作业的现场业扩报装、现场计量装接、现场用电检查等典型业务进行了场景与功能设计,明确了电力营销移动作业的工作流程和工作内容,指导了营销移动作业应用的研究与实践。文章最后阐述了设计建设电力营销移动作业平台的预期成效以及后续发展的相关建议与对策。
[Abstract]:With the development of wireless communication technology and intelligent terminal equipment, it provides mature technical preparation for power marketing mobile operation application. However, due to the lack of effective control and technical support, the existing field operation mode of electric power marketing has obvious shortcomings in the aspects of the integrity of field operation data, the quality control of field operation, the efficiency of field operation, etc. There is still a big gap between the requirements of lean control and standardization of marketing operations. The construction and application of mobile job platform for electric power marketing can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency of original marketing field operation, lack of effective control of work quality and limited ability of customer service on the spot. To promote the standardization and specialization of field operation in electric power marketing. In this paper, the specific solution of the application of marketing mobile operation is given by designing the mobile operation platform of electric power marketing. Firstly, the overall construction goal and design idea of power marketing mobile operation platform are expounded, and the overall structure, physical structure, business architecture, data architecture and technical architecture design of power marketing mobile operation platform are introduced in detail. This paper introduces the main technologies used in the application of internal and external network interaction technology, location-based service, infrared scanning and radio frequency technology, electronic signature, video communication, etc. The scene and function design of some typical business such as on-site metrology and installation, on-site electricity inspection and so on are carried out, the work flow and work content of electric power marketing mobile operation are clarified, and the research and practice of marketing mobile operation application are guided. Finally, the paper expounds the expected effect of the design and construction of the mobile operation platform for electric power marketing, as well as the related suggestions and countermeasures for the subsequent development.
