东航上海营销部办公管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:东航上海部是主管本公司的业务工作的主要部门,工作内容较多而繁杂,但办公系统信息化建设还处于初级阶段,没有统一有效的信息系统来规范管理各项业务。本文在这一实际需求的基础上,深入分析该部各项业务流程,提供了全面的办公管理解决方案。办公自动化就是利用计算机信息技术和计算机网络技术,将办公流程由计算技术进行实施控制,提供过程管理、数据存储、查询修正等基本功能,以提高办公效率和管理水平,实现各部门日常业务工作的规范化、电子化、标准化,实现“无纸”办公。本文根据作者的实际工作经历为背景,基于软件工程的思想,采用面向对象的方法,以SQL Server 2008为数据库,以Visual Studio 2012为开发工具,以C#为编程语言,构建了一个基于.NET平台的、简单、易用的东航上海部企业办公自动化系统。首先本文介绍了该系统的开发平台、开发语言、三层结构体系等;然后对该系统的功能需求和性能需求进行分析,绘制了系统结构图、总体流程图等,并编制了数据库的E-R模型;再根据该部门的实际办公情况,编制了业务流程模型;接下来编码实现了本系统的各个功能模块。最后进行了测试。本文的具体研究内容是:1整理了东航上海部各项业务,包括人力资源管理、对外业务过程管理、内部办公管理、文档资料管理,明确了它们的业务流程,并编制了适合该部办公流程的流程控制;2采用了鉴印批复的方式,使得办公文件的上传下达有了权威性,且只依靠本系统就可以完成;3提高了办公自动化的信息实时化,实现了办公内网聊天工具,短信息提醒等。本系统经过东航上海部测试及试用,确实显著提高了该部门的办事效率,起到了改进工作的效果,用户也提出了增加移动客户端功能等进一步需求,有待在后面的工作中不断完善。
[Abstract]:The Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines is the main department in charge of the business work of the company. The contents of the work are more and more complicated, but the information construction of the office system is still in the initial stage, and there is no unified and effective information system to standardize the management of the business. On the basis of this practical requirement, this paper deeply analyzes the business process of the department, and provides a comprehensive office management solution. Office automation is to use computer information technology and computer network technology to control office flow by computing technology, provide basic functions such as process management, data storage, query and correction, in order to improve office efficiency and management level. Achieve the standardization of daily business work of various departments, electronic, standardized, to achieve "paperless" office. In this paper, based on the author's actual work experience, based on the idea of software engineering, an object oriented method, SQL Server 2008 as database, Visual Studio 2012 as development tool and C # as programming language, a .NET platform is constructed. Simple, easy-to-use office automation system for the Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines. First of all, this paper introduces the development platform, development language, three-tier structure system, and then analyzes the functional and performance requirements of the system, and draws the system structure diagram, overall flow chart, etc. The E-R model of the database is worked out, and the business process model is compiled according to the actual office conditions of the department. Then, the various functional modules of the system are implemented by coding. Finally, the test is carried out. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: 1, sorting out the various operations of the Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines, including human resources management, external business process management, internal office management, document management, and clarifying their business processes. The process control system which is suitable for the office flow of this department has adopted the method of seal and approval, which makes the uploading and issuing of office documents authoritative, and it can improve the real-time information of office automation by only relying on this system. Office intranet chat tools, short message reminders and so on. The system has been tested and tried by the Shanghai Department of China Eastern Airlines, which has obviously improved the efficiency of the department and played a role in improving the work. Users have also put forward further requirements such as increasing the functions of mobile clients. It needs to be perfected in the later work.
