基于实践创新的市场营销教学改革模式

【摘要】：市场营销是一门专业性、创新性及实践性并存的学科。随着全球化趋势的不断加深,市场营销在整个市场活动中所盼演的角色越来越重要。文章通过以实践创新为基础对市场营销的教学模式进行分析研究,就创新教学资源、创新教学模式、创新评估模式等市场营销本科教学中的三个主要环节分别提出了以遵循案例内容与教辅资料多元化、国际化、时事化及市场化的原则;以理论联系实践的模拟实验模式实现教学模式的创新;以实践考核取代传统统考的考试形式的改革措施,旨在为加强市场营销教学的专业技术性、实践性以及评估模式的改革提供多元化的创新策略。
[Abstract]:Marketing is a specialized, innovative and practical subject. With the deepening of globalization, the role of marketing is becoming more and more important in the whole market activities. This paper analyzes and studies the teaching mode of marketing on the basis of practical innovation, and innovates teaching resources and teaching mode. Three main links in undergraduate teaching of marketing, such as innovative evaluation mode, are put forward to follow the principles of diversification, internationalization, current affairs and marketization of case contents and teaching aids. The innovation of teaching mode is realized by the model of simulation experiment which combines theory with practice, and the reform measures of replacing the traditional examination form with practical examination are aimed at strengthening the professional technology of marketing teaching. The reform of practice and evaluation mode provides diversified innovation strategies.
