面向金融企业的营销管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着金融企业的不断增多,金融产品的种类的也不断增多。在这样激烈的市场竞争下,所有的金融企业希望获得更大的经济利益。为了达到这一个目的,一方面金融企业要提高自身产品的质量,,另一方面,金融企业也需要提高自身服务的效率和水平。营销数据对于金融企业来说是十分重要了,但是很多金融企业还在使用手工管理这种传统的管理方式,这种管理方式不但麻烦而且容易出现错误。本文设计了一个面向金融企业的营销管理系统,通过该系统金融企业可以管理自身的营销数据。系统不但可以提高管理的效率,而且可以改善企业的服务水平,提高客户的满意度,进而使金融企业获得更大的经济利益。本文的工作主要包括以下几个方面: (1)本文分析了系统的研究背景,并对调研了实际金融企业的工作情况,分析了企业在营销信息管理过程中存在的问题,并提出采用信息化手段来对营销信息进行管理,以便提高企业的服务质量,加大企业的经济效益。本文学习了系统开发过程中所使用的技术,包括B/S结构、ASP.NET技术、数据库技术、UML和面向对象的软件开发方法等。 (2)本文分析了系统的需求,包括功能性需求和非功能性需求,了解了系统需要解决的问题。文本分析系统实现的可行性,包括技术可行性、经济可行性和操作可行性。 (3)本文设计并实现了营销管理系统。在系统设计阶段,本文主要设计了系统的业务流程、系统架构、系统功能模块和系统的数据库。系统采用的架构是三层的B/S结构。营销管理系统的功能模块包括系统管理模块、产品管理模块、客户经理模块、客户管理模块和营销管理模块。在系统的实现阶段,本文主要介绍了系统登录的实现、产品信息管理的实现、客户经理信息管理的实现、客户交易信息管理的实现和营销管理的实现过程。系统的开发平台是.NET Framework4.0,开发工具是Visual Studio2010,开发语言是C#,数据库是SQL Server2005。 (4)本文测试系统的主要功能,包括系统登录、产品信息录入、客户经理信息录入、交易信息查询和业绩分析。通过测试表明系统可以满足金融企业营销业务管理的需要。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of financial enterprises, the types of financial products are also increasing. In such a fierce market competition, all financial enterprises want to achieve greater economic benefits. In order to achieve this goal, on the one hand, financial enterprises want to improve the quality of their own products, on the other hand, financial enterprises also need to improve the efficiency and level of their own services. Marketing data is very important for financial enterprises, but many financial enterprises still use manual management, which is not only troublesome but also prone to mistakes. This paper designs a marketing management system for financial enterprises, through which financial enterprises can manage their own marketing data. The system can not only improve the efficiency of management, but also improve the service level of enterprises, improve customer satisfaction, and then make financial enterprises obtain greater economic benefits. The work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects: (1) this paper analyzes the research background of the system, investigates the working situation of the actual financial enterprises, and analyzes the problems existing in the process of marketing information management. In order to improve the service quality of the enterprise and increase the economic benefit of the enterprise, this paper puts forward the use of information technology to manage the marketing information. This paper studies the techniques used in the development of the system, including the technology of ASP. Net with B / S structure, the technology of database, UML and the method of object oriented software development. (2) this paper analyzes the requirements of the system. Including functional requirements and non-functional requirements, understand the system needs to solve the problems. The feasibility of text analysis system, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility and operational feasibility. (3) this paper designs and implements the marketing management system. In the stage of system design, this paper mainly designs the business process, system architecture, system function module and system database. The architecture of the system is a three-tier B / S structure. The function module of the marketing management system includes the system management module, the product management module, the customer manager module, the customer management module and the marketing management module. In the realization stage of the system, this paper mainly introduces the realization of system login, the realization of product information management, the realization of customer manager information management, the realization of customer transaction information management and the realization process of marketing management. The development platform of the system is the .NET Framework 4.0, the development tool is Visual Studio 2010, the development language is C#, and the database is the main function of the SQL Server 2005. (4) the main functions of the system are system login, product information input, account manager information input. Transaction information query and performance analysis. The test results show that the system can meet the needs of marketing business management of financial enterprises.
