定制服务视角下旅游方式发展研究

【摘要】:随着我国旅游市场持续发展,旅游消费水平日益提高,游客出游经验不断增长,追求个性化旅游方式的旅游者越来越多,旅游消费需求由过去单一的观光娱乐开始向个性化和参与性转变。千篇一律、大同小异的旅游线路和旅游服务对大多数旅游者的吸引力明显下降,使得部分年轻人和稍有经验的旅游者逐渐舍弃随团出游,转而追求差异化、个性化的旅游服务。由于国内传统的大众旅游模式已不能更好地满足新时期游客的个性化需求,定制服务视角下的旅游方式发展亦不成熟,成为国内旅游业供需平衡的一个新矛盾。在智慧旅游时代背景下,定制旅游作为一种新旅游消费方式,基于它的独特性和针对性,成为个人、家庭和集体出游时考虑的新选择。定制旅游区别于传统旅游,具有鲜明的时代特征与明显的竞争优势,迎合了旅游消费需求的新发展。如何解决现行定制旅游发展中存在的问题,完成由传统旅游向定制旅游的转变,成为现代旅游业亟待研究的一大课题。本文在查阅相关文献基础上,结合调研收集的数据资料和实例,采用文献分析、对比分析、统计分析和调查研究的方法对定制服务视角下的旅游方式发展进行研究。首先,论文从定制服务视角,比较了团队游、自助行及定制旅游的特点与区别,分析了定制旅游在服务、产品和营销角度有别于其他旅游方式的特征,指出定制旅游能够让游客按照现实需求安排吃、住、行、游、购、娱,充分行使自主权,省心省时省力地享受其他旅游方式所不具有的定制化体验和乐趣,最大程度地实现个性化旅游消费需求。其次,通过研究定制旅游市场发展现状,对定制旅游进行SWOT分析,讨论了目前国内定制旅游发展的优势和机会,从劣势及威胁角度发现限制定制旅游发展的问题所在。然后,从定制旅游企业定制模式、服务方式、营销方式和管理方式四个角度研究了定制旅游方式。最后,论文从体系建设、技术平台和人才培养创新方面探讨如何为定制旅游发展提供支持和保障,分析了定制旅游进一步发展的建议、趋势和远景。本文对国内定制旅游的理论和实践发展,对定制旅游供需双方都有一定的理论指导和实际借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of tourism market in our country, the level of tourism consumption is improving day by day, the tourist travel experience is increasing, and more tourists are pursuing individualized tourism mode. Tourism consumption demand from the past a single tourism entertainment began to change to personalized and participatory. In the same way, the attraction of the similar tour routes and services to most tourists is obviously decreased, which makes some young people and some experienced tourists gradually abandon the group tours and pursue the differentiated and individualized tourism services. Because the traditional mass tourism mode in China can not better meet the needs of tourists in the new period, and the tourism mode from the perspective of customized service is not mature, it has become a new contradiction in the balance of domestic tourism supply and demand. Under the background of intelligent tourism era, custom-made tourism, as a new mode of tourism consumption, based on its uniqueness and pertinence, has become a new choice when individuals, families and groups travel. Different from traditional tourism, custom-made tourism has distinct characteristics of the times and obvious competitive advantages, which caters to the new development of tourism consumption demand. How to solve the existing problems in the development of custom-made tourism and complete the transition from traditional tourism to custom-made tourism has become an urgent research topic of modern tourism. On the basis of consulting relevant literature, this paper studies the development of tourism mode from the perspective of customized service by means of literature analysis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis and investigation on the basis of the data and examples collected by investigation and investigation. First of all, the paper compares the characteristics and differences of group tour, self-help travel and custom tourism from the view of custom-made service, analyzes the characteristics of custom-made tourism in service, product and marketing, which are different from other tourism modes. It is pointed out that custom-made tourism can allow tourists to arrange food, accommodation, travel, shopping, entertainment, and fully exercise their autonomy according to the actual needs, and save time and effort to enjoy the customized experience and pleasure that other tourism modes do not have. To maximize the realization of personalized tourism consumption demand. Secondly, by studying the current situation of custom-made tourism market, this paper makes a SWOT analysis of custom-made tourism, discusses the advantages and opportunities of the development of domestic custom-made tourism at present, and finds out the problems restricting the development of custom-made tourism from the perspective of disadvantages and threats. Then, the custom-made tourism mode, service mode, marketing mode and management mode are studied from four angles: customized tourism enterprise customization mode, service mode, marketing mode and management mode. Finally, the paper discusses how to provide support and guarantee for the development of custom-made tourism from the aspects of system construction, technology platform and talent training innovation, and analyzes the suggestions, trends and prospects of further development of custom-made tourism. This paper provides some theoretical guidance and practical reference to the development of domestic customized tourism theory and practice as well as to the supply and demand of customized tourism.
